This property is a single-story bungalow home perfect for a small group retreat or guests with kids who want easy access to the park and the beach.

Living Spaces
The single-story layout makes for an easy setup of the common areas. Entering through the front porch, the living room features a warm aesthetic and has a sleeper sofa, three comfortable chairs, and a TV and books for passing the time. It connects to one of the main rooms and to the dining room and through to the kitchen.

Peak & Non-Peak Season
If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.

Cooking & Dining
The modern cottage kitchen is stocked with everything you might need to prepare meals. There is ample fridge and cabinet space, a stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes and utensils. There is also a quaint breakfast nook with bench seating in the kitchen. This area is perfect for enjoying a quick breakfast while planning the day ahead. It also functions quite well as a space for remote workers or students in need of some space to focus. The dining room seats up to six guests comfortably and sits between the living room and kitchen.

Bed & Bath
Guests have their choice among three bedrooms with full beds. Each of these rooms is sized "juuuust right", with dressers, additional seating, and plenty of natural light. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a full-size sleeper that can accommodate up to two additional guests. These bedrooms and the common areas are serviced by a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and vanity. Bathroom towels are included, but make sure to bring your own beach towels!

Outdoor Spaces
The enclosed sun porch out front has a large seating nook with tons of pillows which is perfect for a midday nap or curling up with a good book. There are also a few chairs and side tables so you can sit out and have a morning coffee while the sunrise peaks through the wrap-around windows.
Around the back, there is a patio with outdoor seating and a grill for cooking up some meals for a family barbecue. The lush yard is a vibrant green in warmer months and is very private. It has enough space to lay out and soak up some rays or play a casual game of catch.
