The fully equipped kitchen and inviting 12-ft kitchen island opens to the relaxing living room with an intimate fireplace, setting the stage for many memorable evenings. Sun shines through large windows throughout the day, making the entire space bright and warm, accenting the hardwood floor and enhancing the modern design of the home. This was very mindfully designed to host guests and entertain.

Once you are ready to rest and relax, retreat to three lovely bedrooms, where you can recharge after an exciting day in Indianapolis. The home is equipped with five beds to accommodate 8 people comfortably.

But wait! The best is yet to come – step out in the spacious, private yard to catch a breath of fresh air and marvel at the serene natural environment. Sit at the back porch with a fire pit, or take a dip in the luxurious hot tub and completely unwind while the designated BBQ master works their magic. If you brought the dogs on this trip, have your morning coffee while they play in the designated dog park area. Quickly you will find the HIDDEN DOOR as you enter the six-seat theatre room. Sit back and enjoy the 90in TV and surround sound in a cozy recliner. Steps away, you can enjoy the game room and play shuffle board with your friends and family.

Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive cleaning process after each check-out.

★ DOGS ALLOWED AFTER APPROVAL ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy and are happy to host them. All pets must be approved prior to booking. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate cats. If you sneak in a pet, you will be charged an additional $100 and asked to leave.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Only dogs are not permitted in the rental unless permission was granted prior to the visit. Please contact the host for special arrangements. If pets are found without approval, you will receive a $500 fine.

No smoking or vaping of any materials in the rental, balcony, or any on-site facilities. - $500 fine

Due to COVID-19 social distancing guidelines and the quiet, private nature of the building, there is a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for excessive noise and gatherings of more than 15 people. Failure to observe this rule may result in immediate removal from the building with a $500 fine.
