Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Santa Fe, Texas! Our home is located near the stunning man-made lake, Lagoon Fest, where you can enjoy all the beauty and serenity of the water without having to leave the neighborhood.

Next to Lagoonfest, you'll also have access to a brand new restaurant, perfect for grabbing a quick bite to eat.

Our home is just a 30-minute drive from the vibrant city of Galveston and the bustling metropolis of Houston, so you'll have easy access to all the amenities of city living. The Lagoonfest is a 3min drive and 20mins walk from the house. Plus, our home comes fully furnished with brand new items, so you can move right in and start enjoying all that our community has to offer.

Our home features a two-car garage, a fenced-in back yard, and access to the beach resort "Lagoonfest" in the neighborhood (one open year-round). The kitchen and dining room are fully stocked, and the living room features a television and plenty of seating. Each bedroom comes equipped with a television, and there are two king-size beds, one queen, one full, and one twin (bunk bed). The kitchen includes cookware, plates, glasses, spices, and oils for cooking, and there's a coffee corner with a coffee machine, French press, and hand grinder for fresh coffee.

For your safety, our home is equipped with outdoor cameras at the driveway, garage, entry & yard, firestops, a first aid kit, and Carbon Monoxide detectors. We also have a brand new washer and dryer in the home. The WiFi is fiber optic and works great. Our home is decorated in a new, renovated, high-quality, homey coastal theme, and we're located near highways and grocery stores like Sam's Club, Walmart, and Costco.

Please note that stays must be 6 months or more. We can't wait to welcome you to our beautiful home in Santa Fe!

Family vacation

This is a very welcoming and comfortable VRBO. There were some minor details but the owner was very responsive. Definitely felt safe and the location is fairly central to Houston and Galveston. The home is located in a familial area. Would stay again.would recommend!!!

Great location for day trips

Host communicates in a very timely manner and is quite nice. It is located perfectly between Houston and Galveston. It is in the neighborhood with Lagoonfest but the weather was too cold and windy for us to go check it out unfortunately.

Place was as described. There were 6 of us sisters to visit family that was ill. House had enough bedrooms for us. It was clean and comfortable. Big kitchen, fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans as we did our own cooking. We would definitely stay there again. Leija

Great location but filled with Ants, misleading ad, no Hot water & little to no water pressure.

Location of the house was great and thats about it. Before arrival I chatted with this Host advising that the ad or listing description of the property advised we had access to 2 different pools and a gym. Upon chatting with the Host after our reservation he advises that in fact we would not have access to the pools nor the gym but we are close to waterpark at an extra charge. This was very disappointing, need I not mention that the ad listing was changed after I pointed this out. We received a text asking us what our expected arrival time would be of which we stated between 1-2pm. The Host responded back saying that the cleaning crew would arrive at 12pm and be done in 2hrs. We ran a little late due to check out and we made it to the house right at 3pm which was the original check in time to find the cleaning crew still there with a ton of supplies blocking the front door. Now this was a huge inconvenience due to use have a new baby that was already upset from the long drive in... Next we get into the house to find NO hot water, little to no water pressure & ANTS EVERYWHERE!!!!!! The house was cleanish but still not as clean as many other rental places that we've stayed at in the past... We did reach out to the host that responded quickly but stated "We've never had that issue and are you sure", went sent pics and video via a messenger app and he advised that he would send someone out the next day. Needless to say it was never fixed. Just book somewhere else is my advice.

Our home is in a VERY safe neighborhood with 3 police officer in the area. It is quiet and peaceful. You and your family will love our CloudWall, Games, TV's, and the neighborhood!
