Prescott Parisian is a beautiful craftsman style home located in Downtown Prescott, making it the perfect getaway for strolling the historic neighborhood, boutique shops, galleries and restaurants. This home features two bedrooms and one bathroom. It features a sunroom which overlooks the front yard and a private, fenced backyard complete with gazebo. Just blocks from the Historic Courthouse, you will be close to everything during your stay.

Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott offers year round activities including Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July, special events at Halloween, Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square, bring your chairs, picnic basket and enjoy the music on the Courthouse Square.

Prescott offers many hiking trails from light and easy to those for the more adventurous seeking a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 1-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is an hour away, Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 20 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!

INSIDE THE HOME
Living room: A perfect gathering place to read or cozy up after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. This space offers Smart Tv to stream your favorite apps and bookshelf for your reading pleasure.

Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, except the ingredients. Appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven/stove and toaster. There is a small dining area, beautiful built in cabinets stocked with supplies.

Bathroom 1 : This bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a waterfall showerhead, clawfoot bathtub and vanity. The bathroom is stocked with linens for guest use.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a king size bed, bedside tables, lamps, armoire with drawer space, closet and TV.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a full size bed, bedside tables, lamps, armoire and closet. There is and additional cot with mattress available as well.

Laundry room: The laundry room is accessible off the kitchen area for your convenience. Amenities are available for guest use. There is a small desk with a view to the backyard for those working remotely.

OUTSIDE
Prescott Parisian features a private backyard with a gazebo and sitting area. The front of the house offers a sunroom overlooking the front yard. If you're lucky enough, you can view the staging areas for the Fourth of July parade right from the home.

There is on street parking only, however, there are plenty of parking spaces available for each home on this street.

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees of $115, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. These fees will be added AFTER you have booked and you have paid the amount due at that time. It's the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren't originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee. Once a property manager has reviewed your reservation, these fees will be manually added. See below for more information on additional guest fees, pet fees and the policies on these matters.

PMI Northern Arizona is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by VRBO. This contract will be sent after VRBO confirms the booking with our office.

Pets or No Pets; It's the guest's responsibility to make PMI Northern Arizona aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we've confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you're required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.
