This new Schell Brothers home was built in 2021.  It is located in the North Haven section of Bayside Golf Resort.  The home backs up to the 5th hole of Bayside’s award winning Jack Nicholas Signature Series golf course offering spectacular panoramic golf course views, stunning sunsets, and frequent wildlife sightings including herons perching on visible pond.  This 4200 square foot home offers 5 bedrooms each with their own bath.  The open concept floor plan, gourmet kitchen, loft with high quality table games, decks, decks and more decks are just some of the amazing features that will make your groups stay fabulous.  Bayside is close to area beaches, offers indoor and outdoor pools with hot tubs, golf, tennis, pickleball, kayaking, stand up paddle boards, nature trails, bocce ball, state of the art fitness center, restaurants and so much more.

First Floor
As you enter this home you will immediately take in the attention to detail, this is not your average rental, this is your home away from home. The light, bright welcoming great room with windows galore show off the incredible golf view.  The home features a gourmet chef kitchen very well equipped with a 12 foot island and bar stools for your whole gang to gather around.  The dining area has a brand new wet bar with ice maker and beverage fridge. 

The great room living space is just one of the many hang-out areas. There is a 65” TV and seating for all. 

Main floor bedrooms include a Master bedroom with King bed, spa like bathroom with rain head shower.  The Master also includes a sitting area with stunning views of the golf course and a 65” TV.  The Queen bedroom with 40” TV and bath equipped with walk in shower.  Both King and Queen rooms have ultra-comfortable new Sealy mattresses.   

Bring your party outside to the massive deck spaces with two covered areas for dining and chatting. You will be able to enjoy the outside even if it rains. Looking to catch some rays, no problem, relax under the sun in Adirondack chairs while watching the golfers on our beautiful Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. There is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. There is a large BBQ grill to feed your hungry group.

Second Floor

Be prepared to be wowed by the massive loft space.   This entertainment area has table games of ping pong and shuffle board and an 82” TV to catch your favorite game.  There is also a seating area to cozy up with a book, play a board game, or just hang out and watch a movie on the 70” TV. 

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths on the second floor.  The lovely second floor Master suite has a walk in shower and private access to the sun deck.  It also has a 40” TV and new super comfortable Sealy King mattress.  The bonus room suite with (4) twin beds and (2) twin trundles includes a bathtub with shower.  This massive room has a table with stools for the kids to play board games, puzzles or cards.  The bonus room suite has a 65” TV.  The final bedroom is furnished with (2) full beds and has access to a bathtub with shower and double sinks.

Want to do some star gazing or layout in the sun, step outside to the second floor covered deck and attached sun deck.  The covered rear deck is a great spot for a cup of coffee in the morning or cocktail in the evening. The sun deck has lounge chairs and afternoon sun. In the front of our home, you can enjoy a peak at the North Haven pond from the Juliet balcony accessed by a door in the game room.

This home is conveniently located in the North Haven section of Bayside. It is in walking distance to the new clubhouse featuring Signature’s restaurant & bar, outdoor patio dining, golf range, bocce ball court and Bayside’s Health & Aquatic Club where the state of the art fitness gym and indoor pool can be accessed. The Freeman Arts Pavilion & Stage is a short walk, or you may wish to drive. There is free ample parking. Bayside has something for everyone; pools, golf, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, stand up paddleboarding and kayaking, nature trails, crabbing and stocked catch & release ponds on-site. This is sure to be your best vacation destination!

Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home.  However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included.  For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation. 
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.

Bayside Amenities Passes

The Bayside Amenities Pass is a separate additionoal fee from your reservation.
Children 4 years old and under that are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to the amenities at no charge.

"Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email
You will receive a "Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date.  The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Bayside Resort Community. Included in the email will be instructions on how to order your Bayside Amenities Passes. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.  

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring 
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space.  These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

Covid-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.
