3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom right on the Ocean and Seven Mile Beach

This condo is located right on Seven Mile Beach, close enough to hear the waves rolling in!  I bought it recently because of the spacious size (over 1600 square feet), and the fantastic views of Seven Mile Beach, the ocean and the sunsets. Enjoy great views of ships sailing by as you have your morning coffee or watch the peaceful sunsets while enjoying refreshments on the over 400 sq foot 3rd floor deck.
Both the master bedroom and the living room have large sliding glass doors that allow you great views of the ocean and sunsets. Being an end unit on the third floor provides additional views through added north facing windows. Our kitchen is very well stocked with all that you may need to enjoy a meal in the condo, including a large array of cooking utensils, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The condo is well furnished with higher end furniture, lamps,and a very nice décor. In January 2015 we installed new TV's and a new Blue Ray / DVD player. We have also recently replaced the mattresses and box springs for all of our beds.   The three bedrooms include a master bedroom that has a queen size bed with an en suite bathroom, a second large bedroom with a king size bed and television. It also has a Pack n Play and roll out cot available in the closet. A third bedroom with an ocean view and two twin beds. We have added a conversion kit to make the two twins into a king bed if needed. One thing we offer that many other rentals do not is free calls back to the US and Canada. There is also free WIFI, and a phone that can be used for free local calls. The condo complex has two pools, plus a children's pool and a whirlpool. There is a swim-up bar and grill by the main pool (with very tasty daiquiris), which is the largest pool on Seven Mile Beach. There is also a sandy cove built out into the ocean with very good snorkeling right in front of the condo! A tennis court is also available on a limited basis. There are about 30 restaurants in a 6 or so block radius from the condo. Plus many stores and specialty shops. There is a dive store in the mall next door that both sells and rents equipment, including snorkeling. Many restaurants and businesses are within walking distance, or use a rental car to explore the island as we do have parking for the unit. Camana Bay, a neat open air mall is close by too. Most of my guests are NOT renting a car as so many things are close by, and many dive shops, snorkeling adventures and such will pick you up at the condo. There is a very good car rental shop just two blocks away if you decide to rent one during your stay. I don't want to over promise, but on a recent trip, my friends snorkeled right in front on the condo, and saw lobsters, a stingray, tiny squid, and many different fish. My last trip I saw a nurse shark, and turtles too ! We do have a fresh water hose on the deck to make washing your snorkeling or diving gear very convenient.

very comfortable and home-like

Ken's place was comfortable and the property was beautiful. It was everything that was promised and more. The condo was much more than a typical rental. The kitchen had everything you could want, and, unlike many places I've been, there were all kinds of basics there left behind by other renters--not just condiments, but a wide variety of food items. In addition, Ken was particularly responsive and helpful. One of our party had a special need and he made sure everything was taken care of for her. He also contacted us when we were there a couple of days to make sure everything was fine (it was). And the view from the deck was spectacular--a wonderful place for breakfast and sunset. Before I went, I didn't realize what a wonderful pool they had. I did laps every morning and had it mostly to myself. Another note--Ken told us we didn't need a car and we got one anyway. Big mistake. We were diving, and the dive operators picked us up at the condo. I believe that is true for other types of excursions as well. And there are great restaurants a very easy walk away. We particularly like Peppers--very reasonable priced (for the island), casual, and great Caribbean food. I highly recommend the condo. We'll be going back.

Vermieter-Kommentar: Thank you for the wonderful review! As long as a rental group can handle walking a few blocks or so, usually a car is not needed. Or maybe one day to tour the island. There is a rental car company just 2 blocks from the condo if people decide to do that. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by, and most other excursions do pick you up at the condo. Plus there are buses running up and down the main street all the time.

Ideal Location for EVERY THING

3 generations stayed here for a mini reunion. (Aged 50's down to 7 months old). We have stayed in this unit before and we love two things about it~ The location and the perfect view off the balcony.

When we stayed last time, we did not have the two little babies, and we forgot that there is no elevator to the 3rd floor unit. This was a little difficult with dive gear and the little ones.

Ken thought of everything to make the stay easier. He had all the basics in the unit and it lacked nothing. Ken was also great with communications and he made every step of the booking process easy and pleasant.

The beach, the pool and the swim up bar were excellent . There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance although I would definitely recommend renting a car for ease.

The only (ONLY!) thing that may want to be addressed is that the unit is starting to feel worn (or well-loved). It could use some basic updating. The draperies are in rough shape, the blue table doesn't blend with the rest of the living room furniture, etc.

The stay was perfect and I would once again recommend this unit without hesitation!

I do plan on going over everything when I come down in June, such as the drapes, towels etc. etc. We are getting new windows and sliding doors in October. (The whole complex is getting the upgrade). Super vacation rental

This condo was great! The local was perfect, very close to the water with beautiful views. The amenities were superb and everything is very clean. Perfect location, very centrally located.

Great Condo Complex!

Ken’s condo was perfect for our family! The ocean front terrace was unbelievable! Best view in the Caribbean. The condo needs some updating - but it didn’t bother us one bit - we spent all our time on the terrace! We took our three kids ages 10, 11, & 12. They were able to go from the pool to the beach on their own - which they loved. It is great having the swim up pool bar to have an afternoon drink. The food at the pool grill is very good (but very over priced) - so we ate there once or twice - not too often. I would definitely recommend Ken’s Condo - We will definitely look to go back!!

Family Vacation 2018

What a beautiful Condo and location. We did rent a car but you can take public transportation, walk to just about any where you wish to go. The view from the 3rd floor is beautiful. Very Clean and spacious. Our family of 5 (grown up's) so enjoyed this vacation spot and will come back. Thank you to Ken for the Cleaning staff, and for you follow up to make sure our vacation was awesome.
