Wir sind seit 2010 auf VRBO und unsere Bewertungen sprechen Bände. Wir sind ideal für mehrere Familien oder mehrere Generationen, die alle unter einem Dach und nicht in verschiedenen Hotelzimmern zusammen sein möchten. Dieses neuere, 3.000 Quadratmeter große Stadthaus ist der perfekte Ort für unterhaltsame Gäste außerhalb der Stadt. Das Stadthaus befindet sich in einem eleganten westlichen Thema mit Notre Dame Themen Keller eingerichtet. Am wichtigsten ist - es hat location, location, location! Bitte beachten Sie die Karte entnehmen.

Das Stadthaus ist über die Straße von der Universität von den Fußball und Lacrosse Felder und ist buchstäblich nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Fußballstadion. Die unmittelbare Umgebung rund um das Stadthaus verfügt über mehrere Restaurants, Martins Lebensmittelgeschäft, Starbucks, und Eddy Straße Commons.

Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer - zwei Zimmer mit Kingsize-Betten, ein drittes Zimmer mit zwei Sätzen von Etagenbetten (die unteren Betten sind Doppelzimmer), und das vierte Zimmer verfügt über einen Satz von bunkbends (das untere Bett ist ein Doppelbett) und ein Doppelbett. Es gibt eine Menge von Schlafplatz.

Wir hoffen, dass Sie die Zeit nehmen, unsere Bewertungen lesen. Wir hosten nicht wenige Gäste zu anderen als zu Hause Fußballspiele Events - wie Hochzeiten im Sacred Heart, ND und SMC Klassentreffen, Exerzitien und aus der Stadt Familie zu Besuch bei Verwandten in South Bend.

Perfect home for ND visits

Three classmates and spouses stayed at this property for Notre Dame's reunion weekend and it was the perfect spot for us to begin and end each day. There are ample beds and the room layout is great and provides privacy. Furnishings and amenities ensure it feels like home. Location is also excellent - close enough to walk to campus.

Stayed at property for the Zach Bryan concert at Notre Dame. Property is in a great location for any activity at Notre Dame or downtown. We walked to stadium, book store, grotto and restaurants/shops. Property has plenty of good tv spaces for watching games or movies. Parking in front makes it convenient. Football weekend

Loved this property. Would happily stay there every time I go to a ND football game with my group. Excellent location and easy walk to stadium. Comfortable bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for a large group.

Great townhouse close to ND

House was big, really nice, well equipped and right next to Notre Dame. WIFI and cable were not working well was the only negative.

Brigid is awesome

We rented the VRBO for a family wedding. The setting was perfect for having an area for the entire family to gather each day (vs. three or four hotel rooms). The place was clean, close to the Notre Dame campus and Brigid made the whole process very easy. We will stay here again the next time we have an ND event.

Easter at ND

Everything about the house was great. Communications with Brigid was easy and prompt. Check in and check out was simple. Location was perfect - close to campus. We were 2 families visiting students at ND for Easter and there was plenty of room for all ages. Definitely recommend this rental.

Family Reunion

This was a beautiful place for our family gathering. Great amenities, comfortable beds, wonderful layout. The owner was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The furnishings were top of the line. Easily accommodated our group of 13. So much space. Anything you could ask for was available. The young adults loved the deck and spent a lot of time outside. Will definitely go back again!!

Blue and Gold Game Weekend

I've stayed at this rental two times and the stay has been absolutely delightful on both occassions. This spot is a fantastic property, fully updated, plenty of space and bathrooms, and close walking distance to campus. The added security with garage parking and gated complex is a bonus! Brigid was wonderful to work with. She was extremely responsive, provides directions to the rental and step-by-step for easy entry and access. The house is stocked with essentials for your convenience and the long-distance hosts are gracious! Highly recommended for South Bend stays!

Notre Dame game weekend

We have stayed in several VRBO properties. This one definitely ranks at the top! The home is immaculately clean, well equipped, and beautifully furnished! Too many amenities to list. Brigid's communication was so helpful. And, our visiting UC Bearcats bringing home a win was the icing on the cake! Can not say enough wonderful things! Highly recommend!

Great townhome adjacent to ND campus

We (3 college buddies & I) stayed at this beautiful, well equipped, large 3 story (plus finished lower level) townhome for our 40th reunion. Situated literally 150 yds from the eastern edge of the ND campus, its location is ideal for walking around the beautiful campus as well as going to Eddy St. for drinks and/or dining. Once there, no car is needed. There is plenty of room to spread out; a great kitchen and comfortable furniture in all the rooms; there is also a nice deck outside the kitchen. The owner is very nice to work with. Instructions with alarms, etc were very clear and easy to execute. I'd definitely stay there again.

Luxury Living in South Bend!

First time staying in this awesome townhouse and we will definitely be back! Place is huge (3 stories plus the finished basement!), fully stocked with any and all accessories you might need and looks brand new! Located a short 10 minute walk to campus, this unit also comes with four parking spaces. We had more than enough room for our group of 10. The gathering room features a big screen television and a wet bar! Brigid is great to work with, very responsive and flexible. This townhouse sets a new standard for football weekend accommodations!

Perfect!

Are you are looking for beautiful and spacious accommodations to host family or friend events? Look no further. You have found what I considered perfect! One of the most beautiful homes I have ever been in, you will feel spoiled, have plenty of space to spread out in and have anything & everything you need within the comfort of a home. If Notre Dame is the reason for your visit, you are within a short walk or quick drive to campus...very convenient indeed! The homeowners are wonderful & very easy to get in touch with regarding questions. We will most definitely stay again. We highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect home base for daughter's ND Basilica Wedding

Because we are from out of state, we wanted a home base for our daughter's wedding. I did not want her to have to get ready in a hotel room and we also wanted a space to entertain our out of town guests. This was the perfect home for us during the week of our daughter's Notre Dame Basilica Wedding. The house is spacious and we were able to host a few of the bridesmaids in addition to our immediate family. Additionally we hosted a bridal party BBQ as there is a grill and deck and a very large kitchen table. We also hosted a gathering for family after the ceremony and before the reception- had over 30 people and we never felt crowded. The house is well stocked with pantry staples and all the bathrooms have blow dryers, hot rollers, curling irons, etc. which is perfect for a house full of bridesmaids. The owner, Brigid, is so easy to work with; I emailed her a number of times with questions and she always responded promptly. You cannot beat the location; it is so convenient to Notre Dame. If I had to do it all over again, this is definitely where I would stay.

Great ND Junior Parent Weekend!

We rented this beautiful townhome with several other parents to share for JPW weekend. The house was immaculate and had absolutely everything we needed to host a gathering of juniors and their parents. They even stocked toiletries. Bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) were nicely spread out so that we were not on top of each other. The location was just across the street from the athletic complexes of ND providing an easy walk to main campus, as well. Groceries stores (Martins) and restaurants are minutes away. Our stay was so enjoyable, we all booked this home together again for Graduation 2013. Beats the dingy hotel rooms around SB and feels like home away from home. If you have a group gathering for a game weekend, JPW or Graduation in the future (or any other gathering)...I highly recommend this place!! We contacted the owners via internet information on this listing. We have had no previous experience with the owners and found them to be a pleasure to work with, making everything very simple. They were quick to respond throughout the process. Awesome place and great memories!

5-Star Experience for 2012 Notre Dame Law School Graduation!!

Our graduation celebration at this lovely townhome was wonderful. Truly, it was a 5-star experience!! Our daughter, graduated from Notre Dame Law School this past May and over a year ago, I started searching for a property that would accommodate 12-15 people including two 80-something grandmothers. Having never booked a property on the VRBO site, I was a bit hesitant. But the townhome owner was exceptional. She was so organized, helpful, and easy to work with. She even provided restaurant suggestions and mailed other South Bend information. She totally went beyond the call of duty! The townhome itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It looked ready for an Architectural Digest photo shoot, yet it was very comfortable and spacious. With all of the generations in attendance, one activity we particularly enjoyed was putting together a 1000-piece Notre Dame puzzle on the fabulous dining room table. It turned out to be a lot of fun. In addition, it was extra nice to be within walking distance of campus. We were literally a minute's drive from my daughter's law school apartment (Fischer Graduate Apartments) on campus! I could go on and on. You will just have to reserve it and see for yourself how perfect it is. My only suggestion---book it early. We had the best time ever!! Thank you very much!

Perfect for Bridesmaid/wedding planning central!

We stayed here at the recommendation of another bride who used the place for her home base during her Notre Dame wedding. So we did the same. We are SO glad we did! With being from out of state, we didn't know where to stay and wanted an actual Home rather than a hotel. We had plenty of room to accommodate us (the parents of the bride), the bride and her five attendants. We had room for more but didn't want to make the days any more hectic than necessary. We stayed a few days before the wedding and it was convenient to all our appointments with wedding vendors and the campus. I was pleased with how close to the campus the townhouse was located. The house was spectacular! I really cannot emphasize this enough. Everyone who came over to visit was impressed. Having the washer and dryer on site was very handy. There were plenty of bathrooms even with seven females putting on makeup and needing sinks at the same time. After the wedding reception (ended at 4pm) we had a few friends over and the great room was perfect for entertaining with lots of seating and the bar area to set out the food and a fridge up there (second floor) for drinks too. The owner, Brigid, was very nice, helpful and accommodating from start to finish!!!! This was the first time we ever did a VRBO so I didn't know what to expect. She certainly set the bar high for the next place we may rent someday. Thank you so very much for opening this beautiful home for us to use during one of the most important weeks of our lives!

My husband attended UND and I attended SMC. I grew up in South Bend as did my husband's father. Both because of family ties and ties to the University, South Bend will always be a destination for us. As soon as we saw the location of this townhouse, we knew we were going to be happy. Because of our kids' activities, we cannot make it to most home football games and decided to look into renting our townhouse when we cannot be there.

I am from South Bend and attended SMC. My husband attended UND. South Bend will always be a destination for us. We finally decided to buy this townhouse based on location, location, location! If you are attending events on Notre Dame campus, you can pretty much leave your car in the driveway and walk!

When we have used the townhouse, we enjoy the proximity to the campus. We walk across the street and we are on the campus. We can walk easily to the ACC or the stadium for events. We have also enjoyed walking around the lake on campus or heading to the bookstore. It's also fun to walk to Eddy Street Commons and not have to worry about parking.
