Close to everything AND a great escape

This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood on a culdesac. LOVELY. Cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. Lots of amenities. Owner has been a great pleasure from beginning to end. They even let you use the garage! A true bonus!

Wonderful

The house was spotless and in a great location—quiet and peaceful. It was easy to check-in. We were there for a long baseball tournament, so we were in and out at different times, and we enjoyed having ample space for less than a hotel. I will be recommending this property to all my friends and family.

Great property in a great location

This was our second stay at this property. The unit was everything that we needed. The host was responsive. The location is convenient and very lovely. We had our dogs with us and they were accommodated very well. There was a nice yard for them and a small fenced in dog area in the neighborhood.

Excellent Home!

Had to attend a family event in Rio Rancho. Chose this home due to its spacious interior, new build and you can use the garage! It was quiet, close enough to be convenient but far enough to feel away from everything. If we ever need yo be in NM again, will definitely chose this VRBO.

Good vibes ONLY!

We have a wonderful stay, the property was clean and cozy inside. The host was great to communicate with and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place! The only downfall was it was a little further from ABQ then expected. Great place overall!!

Nice, clean place to stay

This house is very clean and is a nice place to stay. The only suggestion that I would have is that ALL of the rules and fees should be in the listing. There are many rules and fees posted on the walls that you do not know about until you arrive which could sway someone to pick another place. Trying to make sure everything was followed to the letter of the law was a little stressful. I completely understand the need for rules, but they should be known in advance. That said, the place is still a nice place to stay and I would do it again.

Nice House: Use of garage a plus.

Wishing back lawn did not have numerous brown spots no doubt from dog pee and wishing the back lawn had been mowed so that our children could feel comfortable playing outside. We departed leaving the premises spotless including washing and folding the towels and washing the bed sheets. Seems the Owner was paranoid about the VRBO process with having to pay insurance, notes everywhere, outside cameras and potential fines for this and that. We always get 5 star "stay reviews" which the Owner should take into consideration.

SRMC Rio Rancho stay

Overall property is nice and new. All amenities are there. Host is very good at communicating and responding to requests. Overall was a good experience. Only drawback was there were no Extra sheets to change. Also pantry was not stocked. Also adding an Air fryer would greatly help.

Sweet little home

Really nice home clean with all of the basics provided. We stayed in Rio Rancho for work at the Rio Rancho Events Center, only a 10 minute drive. Which was not bad. I thought it was cool that you could bring any size dog, we didnt bring our fur babies, but what a great option. For us it was a little far from our dinners that we had with our vendors. Most of our reservations ended up on the otherside of town and in Albuquerque.

Very nice place to stay

Overall staying at this property was an excellent experience. The house is impeccably clean, which is very much appreciated. The only thing that I would suggest to the owner is to put all of your pet rules in the listing. We were not prepared for the dogs to not be able to sleep in our room with us, which is what they are used to. We didn’t know anything about that until we arrived and saw all of the extra rules that were posted around the house. I sincerely don’t blame them for the rules, but it would have been nice to be prepared before we arrived.
