The space
Two floor town home located within a small historic building in South Beach's Art Deco district, located just 2 short blocks to the beach and steps to some of the top Miami restaurants, such as Prime 112, Joe's Stone Crab as well as some of the best night life like Club Story and others. This fabulous corner unit, with its own private entrance, has 17 windows making it very bright and welcoming. This special place was professionally designed by Casa Adorno Interiors. The first floor has a small bed room with a Queen size bed perfect for 2; full functional kitchen, fully stocked with dishes, cups, toaster, coffee maker,etc., and an eating table for 4; a full bathroom with stand up shower, three seat sofa that turns in to a Queen size comfortable bed that sleeps 2, in addition to a 50 inch smart TV where you can catch up on your Net Flix and access the free wireless internet. Access to second floor is by a narrow circular staircase; there you will find a king size bed and a full sized bathroom with a soaking bath tub for those who want to relax and soak their troubles away :) Our beds are super comfy with memory foam mattresses, comfy down comforters. Bath and beach towels are provided, bath tissue and paper towels are also provided at no charge. We pride ourselves in cleanliness. Rest assured you will always receive a professionally cleaned unit when choosing any of our properties. No parking but garages in the area start at $18 a day. When available street parking passes start at $10 a day.
We collect a refundable security deposit of $200 . Security deposits are collected via paypal and are due with in 48rs of check in. Security deposits are refunded back with in 24hrs after check out. All guest must provide us with an email address where we will send a link to pay the deposit. Please note we are not here to keep your deposit, deposits are in the event of damage or house rules are broken. Please be sure to go over, our more then 1,000 reviews listed here.
