Wake up to stunning valley views from the comfort of your bed, or unwind on the inviting front porch. Located just a short walk from downtown, this home offers both convenience and a serene retreat.
This entire unit is one level living. Each bedroom has a Queen bed. The floor-plan consists of a large family room, two bedrooms that both face West overlooking the city and valley. This home sits up on a hill with lots of privacy! Laundry room is shared with adjacent unit. Each unit has its own entrance to this room with a lock and key.
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1 has one queen bed
Bedroom 2 has one queen
Downtown is a five to ten minute walk. Or e-scooters are usually located next to gas station 1/2 block to the West. Parking is located on North side of home. Guest is allowed one parking stall unless you have two small cars you can park one behind the other. Additional street parking on South side with staircase leading to the home. Digital code to enter is on door.

The best part about this home is it’s proximity to some seriously fun activities. World class snow skiing and snowboarding are less than 30 minutes away at three ski resorts including Snow Basin. IFly-indoor skydiving and Flow-rider-indoor surfing are a 5 minute walk away!! Enjoy all that downtown has to offer within 5 blocks!
This home was once the stand alone home that was perched up on the hillside overlooking the valley. Despite the few properties to the North and East it still feels very secluded and private.
Plenty of sidewalks and city streets to navigate around the city. E-scooters are usually located at the gas station 1/2 block to the West. This makes getting around fun and easy!
No smoking or there will be a $500 fine. No Pets or a $500 fine will be assessed. No additional guests are permitted other than what you’ve have listed and cannot exceed the maximum number of guests advertised. We may approve additional guests with a $50/nightly fee. In the event there are unapproved guests in home there will be a $100 fee. Guests are required upon departure to wash dishes. There are soap pods under the kitchen sink. Place one pod in dishwasher and push ‘start’. Host will empty dishwasher. Guest is required to remove all bedding sheets and towels and place those in the laundry basket provided in each bedroom closet. We will wash bedding. Throw away all trash in garbage bins that are located in the bathroom and the kitchen. This includes all food in the fridge. Place garbage in the large garbage cans located by the garage.
