A note from the owner:
Every time we return to Sugar Beach #418, it feels like stepping into paradise. Being oceanfront, right on the beach, allows us to fully experience the beauty of Maui—the sound of the waves, the fresh sea air, and the amazing marine life. Our fourth-floor condo offers both security and a perfect vantage point for panoramic views stretching from Makena, Molokini Reef, and the island of Kahoolawe, all the way to the horizon. Sunsets are breathtaking, and at night, the sky lights up with constellations and shooting stars.

A typical day starts with a cup of Kona coffee on the lanai, watching sea turtles glide around the reef. During the winter, the playful humpback whales and their calves put on an incredible show. We also love watching the outrigger canoe club launch their boats, painting the turquoise waters with colorful canoes. A morning stroll along the powder-soft sand or snorkeling with the vibrant fish and turtles just off the reef is the perfect way to begin the day. Breakfast is often fresh tropical fruits and homemade treats from the nearby Farmer’s Market—conveniently located at the end of Sugar Beach.

Afternoons here are made for swimming, boogie boarding, soaking in the hot tub, or simply lounging on the beach or by the pool with a good book. The resort’s central location makes it easy to explore other activities like snorkel cruises, parasailing, wine tasting, and fantastic shopping.

Our condo is fully stocked with all the comforts of home. We recently renovated and couldn’t be happier with the results. The kitchen and bathroom feature beautiful granite countertops and river rock and glass tile accents, all with a "Hawaiiana" theme that adds a vintage tropical feel. There’s even a surfboard over the bar! Since we love to cook, the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. We offer free Wi-Fi so you can easily look up a recipe or connect with home from anywhere in the condo. Sitting on the lanai with your tablet and a cool drink is a favorite way to spend an afternoon. We also provide free long-distance calls to North America and an iPod docking station so you can enjoy your favorite music.

The hardest part about Sugar Beach #418 is leaving. The relaxation, the fun, and the memories created here are truly magical. No matter the season, the weather is pristine—rarely more than 6-10 inches of rain a year, with temperatures between 80-90 degrees. The tranquility here is unmatched; we don't have the crowds you’ll find at other beaches. It’s a place to truly unwind, connect with loved ones, and soak in the natural beauty. The turquoise waters, swaying palms, and all the resort amenities make this little slice of paradise feel like heaven on earth.

For stays that qualify(14 nights or longer), traditional housekeeping is provided every 7th day. This includes refreshing the condo, exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services are available between 8 AM and 4:30 PM.
