Kitchen was well stocked. Had everything we needed for making group meals. Such a wonderful spot to have a parent group reunion.

Clean, spacious and comfortable beds. Parking in the garage was a plus when having a packed car and in an unfamiliar location. Property is fenced and although we didnt use it looked great for children to be able to run outside in the yard. Bonus room in the basement with full washer and dryer.

Golfing get-a-way

Incredibly clean property that proved to be very comfortable. Kitchen appliances were fantastic, backyard and fire pit was nice. Communication with the host was almost great with an almost instant response when we had a question.Overall a 10 out of 10 stay.

We were gathered on Stevens Point for a Celebration of Life Gathering locally . The house was a great place for the family to hang out and spend time together. We laughed, and had ping pong tournaments it was perfect

Great place in Stevens point

Great place for larger group. There were five of us and we were very comfortable. Amenities were great. Ping-pong table and crossword game were a blast! Will stay again next time we are in town!

Perfect for large groups

Location was great for exploring Stevens Point. House was great size for 8 adults. Bella loved the fenced in yard.Couldn't use the patio as cushions were soaked. Make sure someone has memorized door code as it was eliminated from text 24 hours prior to checkout. Were able to find phone number and issue was resolved but inconvenient.

Perfect place for a group

Needed a place to stay for the weekend for out of state guests for our daughters wedding. Host was extremely accommodating and gracious before hand with questions. Property was even better than we expected. Appliances were top notch. Check-in and check-out process was extremely easy to do with great instructions. This made a special weekend even better and less stressful. Thank you!

The property is very nice, but two of the beds are fold-out chairs that would only be good for kids. Luckily, we brought a blow-up bed in case we needed it. We were not happy about the additional 35/night for 7 of our 12 people (considered extras). The base rate only covers 5 people. I had only wanted to hold the date and figure out how many were staying, so hadn't entered the number of guests. Also, didn't realize the full amount would be charged when reserving, so that was a shocker. The tile floors need a good scrubbing--socks got pretty dirty. Overall, a very nice place to stay and management was very responsive when we had an issue with a toilet.

Thank you so much for the feedback, and hope to have you back again. .There is an extra guest fee for each guest beyond 5. It allows us the ability to make this property accessible to smaller groups. If you're a group of 2-5 people, you can get this property for a flat rate and not pay a premium price just because it happens to be able to sleep more. If I were to price it based purely on how many it can sleep, I would need my base price to be much higher, which would essentially punish all of the smaller groups. It helps keep the playing field level and fair for groups of all sizes.

Perfect home away from home

Perfect home away from home (just a few minutes off main highway after 16 hr drive). The check-in process was quick and easy and the dogs were running around the huge fully fenced in yard within minutes of our arrival. The neighborhood was great for walking the dogs and scenic for us, with the pond just down at the end if the road. The backyard had a real nice grill, fire pit, and patio area. And the grill tools and patio furniture were available in the house/garage. We had light rain the whole time, so we didn't end up outside, but are looking forward to using in the future when the weather is better. The master bedroom and barhroom were great. Two sink stations and four shower heads! Plenty of towels and a comforter as soft as a cloud. The kitchen had so many upgrades. So beautiful. Plenty of storage and well stocked. The range had six burners and the oven had three shelves!!! Loved the third shelf in the dishwasher and the wine rack! The TVs were setup neat for live TV, as well as your own streaming, with a wipe of codes at the end of your stay. The finished basement with ping pong table and bar area was a fun area to gather. With the five bedrooms upstairs in addition to the master, there was more than ample room for everyone to sleep. There was a full bathroom on each floor (3). So plenty of room for all. Overall, a perfect place for our family.
