Experience the best of both worlds with private living quarters, while also being only a half mile from town and a short driving distance to Okemo Mountain Resort. For effortless travel, shuttles are available from Pleasant Street to Okemo Mountain.

Inside these quaint homes, you'll discover great amenities, carefully curated spaces, and beautiful outdoor living. Inside the first home, you'll find a main living area, perfect for lounging in, a pull-out sofa bed, and a kitchenette. The second home boasts another main living area, a futon bed, and a kitchenette. With more space than you could imagine you'll be able to lounge, eat, watch movies, and sleep peacefully at this retreat.

Treat yourself to a soothing bath in the private hot tub, or warm up after a day spent on the slopes by unwinding in the full shower or by cozying up to the heat of the outdoor firepit. End your evenings by gathering together with those you love on the deck overlooking the Black River as you barbecue something truly delicious on the provided gas grill.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are 3 security cameras. If you are facing the door of the blue tiny house, one camera is in the top left corner of the building. The second camera is in the top right corner of the building. The third camera is around the right corner of the building (on the side facing the hot tub) in the top right corner.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
