The sandy beach and the wide Pacific Ocean are just over a block from this single-story home in a quiet residential neighborhood of Seaside. Spend your days boogie boarding and building sandcastles, and your evenings soaking in the private hot tub on the spacious deck out back. This comfortable home sits a block and a half from the beach, the ocean, and the famous Seaside Promenade. Here on the north side of town, it's only a half-mile stroll to Broadway Street in the heart of Seaside, where you'll find all sorts of restaurants, cafes, shops, and sources of entertainment.
The fenced yard and the secluded back deck provide the perfect place to begin and end each day at the beach. Sip your morning coffee in the ocean air, enjoy a picnic lunch in Adirondack chairs and on built-in benches, and take long, soothing soaks in the hot tub as you count the stars in the night sky.
Inside, the house is bright, newly decorated, and smartly laid out. Leave your beach towels in the laundry room as you step through the front door, and make yourself at home in an open living space. Prepare dinner in the well-equipped kitchen, sit down to dine with loved ones at the island breakfast bar and the adjacent table, and slide open the glass deck doors to let in the fresh air.
The evening hours are best spent watching Netflix and DVDs by the gas fireplace, playing board games at the table, and sharing photos over the high-speed WiFi. Of the bedrooms, one is a primary suite with its own desk and private bathroom.
