The entire home has been remodeled and the yard entirely re-landscaped.

All the rooms are bright and feature stylish & comfortable furnishings, new linens, towels, appliances, and cookware.

This is the place for your family’s gatherings while you get ready for graduation, a wedding, or any other special family event. The house is also a great space to relax, reset and revive yourself. Take the opportunity for an escapade with friends, a stay-cation or a convenient place for your work trip.

We’ve designed the house to give you and your loved ones an ideal space to create unforgettable memories.

The multiple indoor and outdoor spaces have been arranged so that you have the choice to be together with your guests or to spread out.
Everyone will be able to find their favorite spot and enjoy!

Indoors
The layout is very functional and at the same time the house feels like a sanctuary / retreat that is cozy, fresh and peaceful.

Rooms include:

5 bedrooms (including a master in suite), 4 bathrooms (including 2 bathtubs), multiple living & entertainment areas including 2 dining rooms, a game / tv room, and a beautiful sunroom. The well-stocked kitchen is perfect for holiday meals or simply to enjoy a drink at the coffee bar.

Children’s amenities are available for them to have fun and keep them safe.   Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Please be sure to include them when booking.

Outdoors
We landscaped both the front and the backyard with local / indigenous plants, a balance of stones and greens with the intention to provide our guests with a feeling of serenity and comfort.  The patio offers a dining area for 12, a lounge area for 8 and a gas BBQ.

At the edge of the forest, you’ll find a smokeless Solo fire pit, outdoor sitting, and lighting.

The property has ample off-street parking in the front and the back of the house.

The perfect getaway with family!

We loved our stay here in Winston. The house is so beautiful, clean, and comfortable for our large family. Plenty of things to do when not exploring the city - we had bonfires, played games, hosted family dinners, and enjoyed the beautiful views. Perfect Spot in Winston

Our family was in town for a close family member’s funeral. Chad was my primary contact and from the first time we spoke to the last, Chad was kind, helpful and got back to me promptly. The home is lovely - in a lovely neighborhood with a lovely yard. Everything we needed and more was there. The bedrooms were terrific and everything was clean and in order. The kitchen was well appointed and the spaces to visit with friends and family were perfect! From the screened outdoor porch, outdoor dining and fire pit areas to the spacious interior with lots of places to sit and converse. The neighborhood was quiet and we had ample spaces for parking all of our vehicles. We had a couple of snafus on our end and Chad was always thoughtful and helpful. Great location with everything you need from groceries, pharmacies, dining & visiting area sights. All around one of the best VRBO experiences ever and I am a regular VrBO renter. Chad made us feel welcome and cared for during a difficult family time. Thank you so much Chad for being there for us. Great Home for Families

The home was fantastic. Multiple floors for family units to spread out. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with a picturesque view from the morning breakfast table. The kitchen is well appointed and the Nesspresso was a treat! 5 stars all around. We rent often and this was one of the best we've stayed in.

UVA Football Weekend

We all had a delightful weekend visiting Winston-Salem for the Wake Forest vs Virginia Football Game. We love this very clean residence and we had all the comforts of home. Sadly all participants had to leave Sunday so our stay was short. Property is large and beautiful. We particularly enjoyed the large sunroom off of the kitchen. We gathered there often during our stay. This is a very nice property and should not be missed when staying in Winston-Salem.

The home itself was clean and beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing. One of the highlights was the lovely outdoor space. The well-maintained garden and serene patio area offered a perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee and evening chats. It truly felt like a private retreat. Location-wise, the property is ideally situated. We were just a short drive away from downtown Winston-Salem, where we enjoyed exploring local shops, restaurants, and cultural sites. Very impressed!!

This house was Very Very clean and had everything needed for our long weekend stay. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep! Lots of things to do on the property if you're just looking to hang around (board games, nice large outside dinning area, fire pit with chairs around and wood). Lots of storage for food one fridge on the main floor with the kitchen and an extra one in the family room. The host was very quick with communication and kept making sure everything what good throughout my stay. I can not say enough how clean this house was! Oh, and the coffee bar, couldn't get any better!!

Amazing property!

Wow and wow! We had a wonderful weekend at Bethabara Forest. Can't say enough good things. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. We especially loved the sunroom! The yard is beautifully landscaped. The neighborhood is serene and peaceful, yet close to stores and restaurants. Chad responded within a few minutes to my inquiries. It was really one of my best experiences renting a home.

This is the most amazing experience my family has ever experienced in our 6 years renting vacation houses. Chad and Kami were beyond accommodating for our post Christmas family reunion of 4 families including 8 adults and 2 children. They provided a beautiful tree fully decorated to include chocolate santa ornaments for our kids. Fantastic house for large group!

In town for a soccer tournament. Team was able to stay together in this beautiful home. Plenty of space for everyone! Host was very accommodating with check-in and check-out times which was extremely helpful. Superbly furnished. We love the outdoors and yet, don't want to be too far away from the comforts of a warm home and the excitement of a lively city. Bethabara Forest is all that and more.

With ample outdoor space, you can cozy up to the solo stove fire pit comfortably hidden away in the forested back yard, or enjoy drinks and a meal around the outdoor lounge area.
