The entire home has been remodeled and the yard entirely re-landscaped.
All the rooms are bright and feature stylish & comfortable furnishings, new linens, towels, appliances, and cookware.
This is the place for your family’s gatherings while you get ready for graduation, a wedding, or any other special family event. The house is also a great space to relax, reset and revive yourself. The multiple indoor and outdoor spaces have been arranged so that you have the choice to be together with your guests or to spread out.
Everyone will be able to find their favorite spot and enjoy!
Indoors
The layout is very functional and at the same time the house feels like a sanctuary / retreat that is cozy, fresh and peaceful.
Rooms include:
5 bedrooms (including a master in suite), 4 bathrooms (including 2 bathtubs), multiple living & entertainment areas including 2 dining rooms, a game / tv room, and a beautiful sunroom. The well-stocked kitchen is perfect for holiday meals or simply to enjoy a drink at the coffee bar.
Children’s amenities are available for them to have fun and keep them safe. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Please be sure to include them when booking.
Outdoors
We landscaped both the front and the backyard with local / indigenous plants, a balance of stones and greens with the intention to provide our guests with a feeling of serenity and comfort. The patio offers a dining area for 12, a lounge area for 8 and a gas BBQ.
At the edge of the forest, you’ll find a smokeless Solo fire pit, outdoor sitting, and lighting.
The property has ample off-street parking in the front and the back of the house.

Our experience was amazing. The home, grounds, and location are excellent. The layout of the home is very flexible for most group sizes. It’s very kid-friendly. The hosts are incredibly responsive and have appointed the home beautifully. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Our family had the best time enjoying your lovely house. It truly felt like home away from home - minus daily stress or tasks to take care of. :) our favorite spots were the kitchen table, sun porch, and of course the foosball room! You guys have a true gift of hospitality too! Seemed like every time we thought of something we needed, we found it in the cupboards!

Amazing stay!
Perfect house for a family get together. Communication with Chad was great. House is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Comfy beds, plush towels, many seating areas. Wonderful backyard. Very close to Wake Forest. Awesome stay!

The perfect getaway with family!
We loved our stay here in Winston. The house is so beautiful, clean, and comfortable for our large family. Plenty of things to do when not exploring the city - we had bonfires, played games, hosted family dinners, and enjoyed the beautiful views. This was a 5 star rental and we would recommend to anyone interested in a vacation n Winston!

Such a fabulous house for our large family and we had excellent communication from the host the whole trip. This house is so well appointed. My husband needed to work - found a large monitor waiting for him to plug in his laptop at the living room desk. Niece needed a bandaid - found a first aid kit in the hall bathroom. And the list goes on and on. Wish we’d had more time to enjoy the beautiful outside areas, but even the view from the windows over the forest was amazing. Our only regret is that we didn’t find this property before our son’s senior year at Wake.

Great Home for Families
The home was fantastic. Multiple floors for family units to spread out. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with a picturesque view from the morning breakfast table. The kitchen is well appointed and the Nesspresso was a treat! 5 stars all around. We rent often and this was one of the best we've stayed in.

Fantastic house for large group!
In town for a soccer tournament. Team was able to stay together in this beautiful home. Plenty of space for everyone!
Host was very accommodating with check-in and check-out times which was extremely helpful.
Superbly furnished. Delicious coffee station, comfortable beds, and space for the tram to gather and hang out.

The Perfect Destination
Our experience is exactly why we love the Vrbo option. We were in town for Parents Weekend and this house gave us a welcoming place to convene over coffee and conversation with our son and another couple in town. Welcoming and well located, I recommend this home without hesitation. The hosts made sure the logistics were smooth as silk including local recommendations.

Beautiful home with tons of space inside and out
Came to Winston for a mini Wake Forest reunion. Had 10 in the house, and never felt crowded. Don’t let the photos fool you - it’s 3 stories with 5 proper bedrooms!
Back yard was an added bonus! Great for spending time in during warm fall days!
