Enjoy this cozy, recently renovated one-bedroom condo featuring warm touches on the inside as you look out over beautiful scenic views of Keystone Lake & the Rocky Mountains outside. Conveniently located alongside a bike path that takes you to River Run Village or down to Lake Dillion in the other direction. With paddle boats only steps away on Keystone Lake during the summer, ice skating in the winter, and free shuttle service available in the parking area and the building amenities, this will be the perfect nook for your winter wonderland vacation and a central location for summer adventuring. (ice skates can be rented from the Keystone Adventure Center)

Guests will have access to the entire 1 bedroom condo, a ski locker, and a coin-operated washer & dryer in the building. Access will also be allowed to the community building amenities (pool; hot tubs; gym; steam room; sauna) during open operational hours, which are typically 8am - 6pm, but do occasionally vary.
Other Things to Note:
(Professionally Managed By Effortless Rental Group)
• *The building doors automatically lock from 7pm-7am and your keycard will be required for entry. Be sure to keep the keycard on you at all times*
• Home is heated by electric baseboard heaters. Please do not set anything on the baseboard heaters.
• Must be comfortable with stairs - This unit is on the 2nd level of this building, & depending on the entry point there will be 6 or 19 stairs to make it to the unit.
• *NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.*
• Ice skates can be rented from the Keystone Adventure Center
• Quiet hours 7pm-7am
• Professionally Cleaned and Sanitized to COVID-19 Requirements
• Digital/Contact-free Check-ins
• 24/7 Premium Guest Support
