Fenced back yard only 15 minutes / 13 miles to the Masters! from I-20, House built in Dec.2013 , living room, formal dining, full kitchen breakfast area, half bath! for guess. Rec room with pool table and sitting couches, and 1 queen sofa bed additional, with 60'3d smart HDTV with game console, Sun room, Exercise room with 40' smart HDTV, all TV's have 3d Blu-ray, Outdoor sitting area under cover porch in front and back yard, with gas grill. Drive way fit 6 cars. Great for the weekend or for the entire Masters week!
The space
6 beds total, we can accommodate 5 couples or 10 to 12 peoples maximum.

you can access rec room, exercise room, front and back porch, grill, Swimming pool with Hot tub, wireless internet, all rooms have TV's, we have 8 totals, Living room 65' curved 4k SDTV, masters bedroom and rec room both 60' smart 3d HDTV, 1- 42' and 4-40'
Other things to note
No smoking inside the house, only outside, owners don't smoke and no pets aloud, owners allergy to pets.
