Enjoy Gorgeous, long range mountains views from the deck of this Charming peaceful Condo which is located in the top of the Sugar Mountain, NC minutes from Boone and Banner elk.

Cozy up to a fire in the gas log fireplace or relax in the jetted tub after a day of skiing.
The surrounding area offers activities on the Sugar Mountain Ski Resort,
Sugar Mountain is a four season community with snow skiing, tubing, golf, tennis, and mountain biking with delightful restaurants and shops nearby.

Please be aware that guests should be capable of navigating stairs throughout their stay. There are steps leading to the entrance (please see pictures).

Serene & Cozy Jetted Tub Fireplace Mountain View Resort

We stay Thursday night thru Sunday. My girlfriend and I absolutely loved the resort. It has everything that a 200 to 300 a night place would have. The view was gorgeous, the place was immaculate when it came to cleanliness. The owners were very quick about responding if you had any questions. It has everything you need if you’re cooking there also. It’s also covient to surrounding places to visit. This Serene and Cozy resort I will definitely rent again. Thank you Simon & Julia for letting us rent this fabulous home.

Honeymoon Paradise!

Spectacular Getaway

I booked this stay specifically for the covered porch and view and boy, it did not disappoint. The entire house was clean and prepared for a cozy stay. It truly felt like home away from home. Even my dog seemed to love the view of the beautiful mountains. The hosts were responsive and so helpful. I will definitely be back for another perfect fall getaway the next chance I have!

Wonderful mountain stay!

We had a wonderful mountain trip and this was a great place to stay! It’s hard to find a place so nice and clean that welcomes our little dog. The condo was very clean, lots of amenities, and a beautiful long range mountain view. The location was close to lots of high mountain things to do. Great weekend getaway!

The condo is lovely - perfect size for two. Nice kitchen, beautiful views from the balcony, very comfortable. We came for an event at Grandfather Mountain as well as some hiking in the area - perfect location. It was very warm in the bedroom at night, couldn't get a clear understanding if there was air conditioning or not. Otherwise, a great visit!

Wonderfully cozy and clean condo

My husband and I stayed three nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The condo was immaculately clean. I never found anything unclean about the property, which is hard to be said of when booking anywhere! The view from the balcony is undeniably breathtaking! We found the living room furniture very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the linens were nice and soft. We didn’t do any cooking during our stay, but saw that the kitchen was pretty well stocked if we needed anything. We enjoyed being able to bring our fur baby on vacation with us. The property isn’t all that dog friendly as far as finding a good place to take the dog to use the bathroom. We found a spot past the other group of condos where he liked to go potty. We used the dog bowls that were there in the kitchen and even gave the dog a few treats from the treat jar. The shower had really good water pressure and the water got really hot. I would say the only negative would be the washer and dryer being outside the front door, and the steps being a little difficult carrying heavy suitcases, but it wasn’t a big setback. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would choose this condo again and again!

Pleasant condo with a dramatic view

A nice one-bedroom condo with a great view toward Beech Mountain. The condo is on a ridge at the 4500' level inside the Sugar Mountain Resort area. Amenities were good; good bed, fine shower, solid internet connections, nice deck, nice sharp TV pix, complete kitchen and a nice selection of coffees and teas. We had a nice stay and felt the property was a good value at the price.
