KING BED! Private trails! Cabin 12 acres! Firepit!

The cabin is brand new, completed in November ‘22. There are 2 bedrooms, one is a spacious loft with king sized bed, the other is a bunk room with 2 twin beds. The sofa also converts to a queen.

We want you to have a magical stay and what better way to do that than around our beautiful fire pit! We provide firewood and fire starter blocks at no cost to make your evenings a breeze!

Fully equipped kitchen with full sized appliances, coffee nook and coffee waiting for your arrival. A beautiful bathroom with oversized shower. There is a separate dining area as well as bar stools at the kitchen counter for eat in options. A comfortable living room with smart tv as well as Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Full size washer and dryer with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets.

The front deck has 2 large wooden rocking chairs and a rocking bench to enjoy sitting out and taking in the sounds of nature- be sure to sit out after dark, turn off the cabin lights and check out the stars.

There is a trampoline, teeter totter, duck races, tether ball, disc golf and a horseshoe pit as well as board /card games for the family.

NOTE: The cabin sleeps 6 people, however it is a smaller space at 700 square ft so please be aware of this when booking. Recommended 4 people.

We are 15 minutes from the closest boat ramp and 30 minutes from the Umprhey Family Pavilion boat ramp on Sam Rayburn Reservoir. We are 30 mins from multiple boat ramps on the Texas side of Toledo Bend Reservoir. We are 30 mins from Angelina National Forest and 20 mins from Sabine National Forest. There’s plenty of space to park at the cabin including ample space for boats or other recreational vehicles.

We have a septic system so please do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. Also do not pour oil or put food scraps down the sink.

Our water is from a well, so occasionally the water from the faucet may not be 100% clear - there is nothing wrong with it it is perfectly safe to drink and wash in. We have an RODI water filtration system under the sink and the small faucet on the right of the sink is for this. This water is perfectly filtered for clear drinking water.

The cabin is in the middle of a forest. We treat inside and out for bugs but it is inevitable you may see a bug or two inside.

Please bring house shoes/slippers with you and change before entering the house to avoid excess dirt/mud in the cabin.

Please do NOT cover any camera on the property. There are 3 audio/visual cameras outside the property.:

There are also 2 still shot trail cameras that are moved periodically around the trails to catch wildlife.

The house sleeps max 6 people. $100 per night per additional person will be charged.

Dogs are allowed under 50lbs. 3 max. $25 per stay.
