Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett und die anderen haben zwei Einzelbetten. Die Badezimmer sind mit Badetüchern ausgestattet, und die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, um alle Ihre Koch- und Essensbedürfnisse zu erfüllen, einschließlich Utensilien.

Darüber hinaus sind drahtloses Highspeed-Internet, Telefon und TV enthalten.

Very well located!

This apartment had everything that that we needed for our vacation time in Quito, it is very well located, we enjoyed walking to Plaza Foch, we really had a very good time over there, the person in charge was super nice, and it was so easy to take a taxi or a bus. Quito is one of the best cities around the world and people are very friendly. Good place for a short vacation.

Nice property and helpful host

We stayed here for 4 nights. The property is well maintained and has very friendly security guards. The apartment is clean and free of problems. The common area of the apartment is very functional and spacious. The bedrooms are neat and of adequate sizes. BTW, I'm comparing this to the city apartments in the US. Check in and check out is very easy giving the presence of security guard (guest info may be required). The surrounding area looks fine and probably has quite a bit of tourists stay in this area. There is an excellent Bakery La Union a few minutes walk away and it serves full breakfast too. Our host Rocio is wonderful and we had a lot of communications. She helped us finding transportation for a large group and was responsive and courteous all the time. Thank you Rocio!

Great Location

The property was at a great location and was quite clean with most of the amenities. The rooms were good sized and having 21/2 baths worked out great for us 3 adult males. Thanks for the apples, oranges, bananas, juice, and water when we checked in. The security staff was friendly. Internet was good. We would have like if there was a clothes dryer and if basis personal items like soap and shampoo were provided. We enjoyed our stay there.

Very impressive with all the amenities one would need!

Very well located and nice condo!!

We had a wonderful time in this condo, it was very well furnished for a vacation time. We enjoyed the area a lot, we walked to Plaza Foch for eating in a different restaurant every night. We bought fresh baked bread every morning in the bakery La Union, we walked to Carolina Park, El Jardin Mall, we rode the bus to Middle of the World. We went to see the folklore show on Tuesday at Casa de la Cultura. We really enjoyed the place and the neighborhood. We had the best vacation time!!! Thank you so much! Gracias!!!

Well Appointed

I found the apartment very, very satisfactory. it is spacious and has everything you need for your home away from home. Martha the property manager was very gracious and helped me whenever I needed something. It was wonderful waking up my first morning to find coffee available and food to eat. Incredible home away from home!

I recommend this place for families in a heart beat. We stayed here for 20 days myself husband 2 young children and my in laws. It was clean great location very safe. Rocio is so sweet and very helpful. Always responded very quickly to all my questions. Thank you Rocio for making my 1st experience in Ecuador a very memorable and enjoyable vacation. Location!!!!

This apartment is very well located, close to Plaza Foch, restaurants, we enjoyed walking to Carolina Park and had our lunch at El Jardin Mall. Our favorite restaurants was the Ronda located 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. We walked 8 minutes to Swissotel. People in charge very friendly! Un lugar extrategico para hospedarse!

Yo me he hospedado en muchos lugares en Europa y Canada con Homeaway, pero podria decir que este es un buen lugar para hospedarse y estar comodamente disfrutando de unas buenas vacaciones, fuimos muy bien atendidos. El apartamento es cerca de todo, lo mejor fue caminar a Plaza Foch. Gracias por su hospitalidad, esperamos regresar a Ecuador nuevamente y hospedarnos con ustedes!

Bonjour, I have been in different many places around the world, in many apartments and hotels, and I can say that this is one of the best places I have stayed. This apartment has all the things what people can need for being very comfortable on their vacation time. Very nice condo!!!

This condo is very well located and we really enjoyed our stay there. I loved the area, the restaurant, the walking distance to the parks, plaza Foch, we could not ask for more. The people in charge nice and friendly. We had a good time, Quito is a beautiful city, the weather was perfect. I did walk a lot in Quito, because the condo was located walking distance to everything and anywhere, I enjoyed walking in Quito, now I know how nice is walking every day, I do not drive to anywhere like I did before to go to Quito. Great location and apartment

We stayed for a week in this apartment but had only two bedrroms and two and a half baths available to us because we were just a couple. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It was very central to the large food store, many restaurants and not far from La Catelina Park and a cab ride to the Old Town. We enjoyed being here, feeling secure and dealing with friendly and helpful people including the owner. We would come again to this apartment.

Just like home...

VERY NICE CONDO WONDERFUL TIME IN QUITO. We did have a wonderful time in Quito and your condo has everything that any guest could need it, I could say that the only thing that I need it was my toothbrush. Walking distance to restaurant, I really enjoyed walking to Plaza Foch, Mercado Artesanal, restaurants, malls, store, I walked to the Carolina Park and El Elejido Park,the area is nice and secure!, the people are friendly and nice.
