Known as very safe for children, this bay beach offers warm, calm water when the tide is high to take advantage of activities including fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Take a walk on the flats at low tide you can venture out over a mile to gather hermit crabs, clams, shells, and sand dollars among other treasures. The cottage offers plenty of space including a living room, dining room, kitchen, and spacious screened porch area - all with breathtaking views of Cape Cod Bay. This single-level home features a main room with a private bath and queen bed. Additional guest rooms will have another two queens and a single bed. Two additional cots in the screened porch area for overnight guests. $500 Administrative fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens included.
