This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is the perfect beach-goer’s paradise on the beautiful Emerald coast. Magnolia House 311 comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy our stay, including a few beach toys for the kids.
The interior of the condo features two comfortable bedrooms. The master features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed. The main living area is spacious and bright, with plenty of natural light with a queen sized sleeper sofa for extra sleeping. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to cook a delicious meal.
With beach access steps away from the condo, you can enjoy the sun, sand, and surf all day long. Plus, a convenient beach tram(operating March-October) can take you to and from the beach, so you don’t have to worry about carrying your beach gear.
If you’re looking for more activities, the condo also includes access to two adult bicycles, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Explore the surrounding area or work on your game.
