A true paradise lake house with beautiful sunsets year round direct trail access

Lake house on a spectacular Clear lake. Relax at our family lake house built in 2022 which has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 12, and a No Smoking home. Clear lake is gorgeous with crystal clear water that has a visibility of 30+ feet down. The lake is on a 290 acre spring feed, 90 feet deep all sports lake. 2/3 of the lake is on state land with about 35 homes on the whole lake, so it is very private.
Enjoy our new lake house with your family and friends on 55 ft. of lake frontage and beautiful sunsets. Also many miles of trails for riding just bring your SxS or snowmobile there is direct trail access for riding fun. Your welcome to bring your own boat that you can dock on our boat dock.

The house is 1400 sq. feet and has 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with showers, an open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room with gas fireplace and laundry area with washer and dryer. The covered front porch has furniture and a table, plus the boat house area and beach for additional seating. There is a nice Firepit area with picnic tables, also a small firepit by the lake. There is a whole house Generator so never any concerns year round of possible power loss. We don't lose power but it just an added bonus to make your stay worry free. Our house is not handicap accessible, there are steps to enter the home from the outside. The inside of home is all on one floor once inside.

You will find 4 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1 bedroom with bunk beds that sleeps 4, 2 full bathrooms with showers, and the entry way has laundry facility with a bench and coat hooks. Our house includes heat and AC unit, a fully stocked kitchen with an island and 4 bar stools, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, all utensils, dishes, glasses, pots/pans, toaster, crock pot, electric fry pan, Keurig, and a regular coffee maker. There is a dining table which is great for meals and cards/games. It is an open floor plan kitchen, dining, living room with a gas fireplace. Ceiling fans throughout the house along with AC when needed. Also box fans for those who like to hear the fan noise in order to sleep. Our living room and four bedrooms have TV's, there is fiber optic Wi-Fi and a Roku stick which is on guest mode for you to sign in under your own account. If you need to work while on vacation there is a portable table for your use. We have various board games for all ages, puzzles and cards.

You can enjoy the outside under the covered patio with ceiling fan and seating, or take the cooler and gather down at the lake or sit on top of the boat house which has high top tables and chairs to relax and enjoy the lake activities and the beautiful sunsets. Also a 2 person swing in the yard for you to enjoy. There is a small sand beach area at the lake with 2 chaise lounge chairs, an additional small firepit on the beach, a 30 foot dock which you are welcome to bring your own boat or jet skis to dock to, and also a swim raft and a floating mat in the water. Please let us know if you are bringing a boat . There are kayaks and paddle boards for you to enjoy. You can catch fish right off the dock the water is so clear. I suggest you bring your own lake toys and floating devises, fishing poles and bate. There is a nice fire pit area for hot dogs/smores and ghost stories around the camp fire with seating and picnic tables, it’s a great area for yard games and evening star gazing. There is a Disc Golf course on the lake open to the public at the day park at the State Park on the lake. The State Park rents e-bike to use on the local trails. Many golf courses within 30 miles. For the ORV, Snowmobile riders there are miles of great trails for riding, just let us know so we can accommodate your trailers.

Enjoy all 4 seasons here. There are thousands of acres here to enjoy. You can enjoy hiking, golfing, ATV’s, or snowmobiles, cross country skiing, Elk viewing, hunting and fishing. The lake is stocked with bass, splake, perch etc. There are 2 DNR public boat launches on the lake also.

The lake house is centrally located about 60 min. or less from many destinations and things to do for day trips and sightseeing. There are no pets allowed, No smoking of any types allowed inside. Also no cleaning of fish/animals allowed inside. No additional quests other than those registered to stay. There are 2 security cameras outside only, no cameras inside the house. This is our family’s little piece of heaven and you will love it here too.
