Thank you for your feedback. I again apologize that the toilet bowl brushes were dirty and most likely rusted. We strive to make sure that everything meets or exceeds our guests expectations. That is why once I received your email, the toilet bowl brushes were removed immediately and replaced within 24 hours. Had you reported your concern regarding the cleanliness of the floor to one of our staff, we would have had housekeeping come and do a floor re-clean. We always want our guests to be happy and comfortable and would have appreciated the opportunity to fix the floor as quickly and efficiently as we did with the worn out toilet brushes. Always feel free to contact me if something doesn't seem right - each unit should have, upon your arrival, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 2 trash bags per trash can, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher tabs, and hand / body soap. We are sorry our standards were not met for your stay. Still glad you had a great time on the beach, and we welcome you back anytime!
