Casa Beleza's Villa A (lower level) is a spacious and modern 3-bedroom 2 bathroom unit with two separate outdoor patios complete with a built-in barbecue for entertaining and 100's of 5-star reviews. Situated at the top of the pier bowl parking lot, the beach is a short walk down the street. This fully-furnished and equipped 1,800 sq. foot rental is sure to deliver a one-of-a-kind Southern California experience with everything you need from towels, linens, beach toys, wagon and gear, to all the kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, hi-speed Internet included free of charge. * Third bedroom boasts it's own fireplace, king bed and seating area by converting the second living room into a private bedroom with slider doors and privacy blinds.
* Queen Sofa Bed adds additional sleeping arrangements in the main living room.
Guest access
Each unit is equipped with a key-less entry code sent prior to arrival. Garages are accessed with remotes which will be included in the welcome packet located in the villa upon check-in.
