Our Team of Short-Term Rental licensed professionals care deeply about the guests. Commitment to our guests comes first, making us sensitive to the needs of our new guests and our returning guests. We are always finding technologies to keep us ahead of the competition to make booking a stay simple and easy. Our number one priority is creating an unbelievable guest experience that ensures our guests are 100% satisfied.

Each PMI Guest Services Team Member receives hospitality training and is held to a high standard of excellence. Hearing that a guest wants to return for another stay is the best feeling of all for our Guest Services Team.
