The home's family room has comfortable seating, 50” HD flat screen internet connected TV with access to all of your video streaming services. We provide access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video or simply sign in to get your personal content. Our House's kitchen is fully equipped and includes All kitchenware and appliances, A selection of spices for use by our culinary minded guests, a Keurig coffee maker with a selection of pods for those morning you spend enjoying the view from our spacious deck. Separate dining room with space for all 4 guests.

The condo features a lovely master bedroom with a very comfortable King sized bed, and 50" HD flat screen internet connected TV with access to video streaming services. There is an ample room in the walk in closet, night stands with built in power plugs and powered USB ports, large dresser, and private bathroom with walk in shower.

We enjoyed our stay. Liked that it was close to downtown and could walk. The shower/tub should have a hand/grab rail on the tub wall for safety. Overall we would recommend this property to our friends.

Comfy place to stay

Easy to walk downtown. Loved the balcony and view! The condo has seen a lot of wear but it's very clean. The furniture was fine. I would stay there again.

Comfy beds! Great apartment arrangement and location in Prescott Historic Downtown district. Well outfitted for cooking our own meals as we were tired of eating out all the time. We will be back!

Wonderful condo!

We really enjoyed our stay while we were in visiting with family and seeing the Arizona sights! The view from the master bedroom was beautiful. The patio was so nice. The only things we could say that people staying there need to keep in mind before their stay there is the pillows are pretty flat and uncomfortable, and the master bedroom bed is very tall. It takes a lot of effort just to get on it, even with a step stool. Other than that, the location is excellent and the condo was very clean.

Lovely Property

The property is just as it is described online and the pictures shown are current and accurate. Communication with the owners was quick, friendly and easy. The location is central to town and very convenient. It is a property we absolutely will stay at again in the future.

Perfect Getaway

This place was so clean, and very spacious. It was just my husband and I so we did not even need the second bedroom but it would be perfect for two couples or a couple with kids. Large living room and kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the communication with the host was amazing. They even offered early check-in which we didn’t need, but was nice that they offered. Would highly recommend to others.

A cozy condo

We had a nice little stay in Prescott at this little condo. It was very clean, close to Whiskey Row, and in a very quiet neighborhood. There was a TV in both rooms as well as one in the living room. All had streaming services, and it was very nice to be able to watch TV before bed. The bigger bed was very high off the ground, but there was a step stool offered for us short-legged individuals, and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen offered cookware and everything needed to prepare meals. The coffee maker with coffee pods was a great way to get up and going in the mornings. One recommendation, if you get warm at night, the main bedroom is closer to the vent, so you may want to dress and cover up accordingly. Overall, we really enjoyed the condo and would definitely re-visit.

Price is right

Was enticed by the location of the property and price. Walking distance to the square which is nice, especially if you like hills for exercise. While you do not hear road noise, if you sit outside on the balcony, be aware that there are plenty of people around you that can hear you. We did our best to be quiet during quiet hours. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean but needs some upkeep. Shower handle in one of the bathrooms was very flimsy. There was a light out in one of the bathrooms and the light in the living room would not stay on. As noted on another review, one of the outlets in the living room did not have a cover plate. Also note that while a coffee maker is listed, it is actually a Keurig not a coffee pot. We had brought our own coffee grounds. Parking was the biggest challenge. Only one spot and it is a challenge to get in and out of spot. Communication was good.

Perfect location and great for small families

I’m pretty sure my kids thought it was random that we were summer vacationing to Prescott, AZ but it turned out to be one of our best vacations ever. There is so much to do here and is a convenient location to other sights. The property was as described and was in walking distance to downtown. It is near the Boys and Girls club so there is a small playground close by. Parking is kind of tricky if you have a larger vehicle as the driveway is narrow and near a hill but not impossible. We were on the second floor and we had lovely views from the small patio when we had our morning coffee. The place was clean and spacious, But not so fancy that it stresses you out with kids. It was comfortable. Loved the walk- in closets and 2 bathrooms has become a must for the four of us. We had tons of space. Communication was great with the owner/manager. AC worked great in the heat wave. I also loved the guest book which provided some great restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed traveling to visit friends in Wickenburg, seeing Jerome and Sedona and also spent several days exploring Prescott. Loved the Sharlot Hall museum, Watson Lake, thrifting and the Trading Post on Whiskey Row. Don’t miss Bills Pizza! If we come back to Prescott I would definitely stay in this condo and I’d recommend it to anyone interested in visiting Prescott. My only constructive comment is they need a full length mirror (obviously not a deal breaker or major issue). Thank you for the comfortable stay !

Buyer Beware

We booked the property for our 9 day Prescott trip with my wife and 9mo son. The booking confirmation states you will receive check in instructions 24 hr prior to check in. It was morning of and we hadn't heard anything so I frantically mesg the property owner in a state of panic knowing were about to get on a flight with our new baby and the owner isn't responding.. Finally get a the following response "Calm down I just woke up" then later recvd the check in instructions saying "we usually don't send anything until we've finished cleaning our property". On arrival we immediately are overwhelmed with the smell of what we initially thought was a cleaning chemical but the next morning after realizing it had not subsided found multiple oil diffusers (typically used to mask odors that indicate unhealthy living conditions). I did a quick search engine and found there's also possible risk of poisoning in small children and decided to remove them from the outlets and set them out of reach from out baby. At that point that we noticed the wall plate for the outlet was missing. This is an extremely serious hazard as it exposes the hot leads on the side of the outlet.. Taking this into consideration as well as the gross worn out carpet and the foul odor we decided for safety reasons to find another VRBO for the remaining 7 days. Prior to leaving we informed the property owner and requested a refund for the remaining 6 nights we wouldn't be staying and she refused any refund.
