We strongly recommend that all our guests follow the suggestions of the World Health Organization and the Costa Rica Ministry of Health when traveling to and from your vacation rental home and throughout your stay.

This private, end unit is located in the exclusive, gated community of Pacifico located in Playas del Coco. This lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is fully equipped with upgraded stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The master has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two full beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed.
The unit can comfortably sleep 6. A private washer and dryer, central air, Cable TV and wireless internet are a few of the comforts you have at Pacifico.

Pacifico is an exclusive gated community in the middle of town, complete with perfectly manicured landscaping throughout with spectacular tropical flowers and foliage. It is a quick walk to the beach and all the shops, restaurants and local nightlife and should you desire, there is a shuttle service that can provide transportation to the Pacifico Beach Club and grocery shopping. The community has 5 pools on site as well as access to the Beach Club and restaurant If desired.

The Pacifico Beach Club is on the beach with another 2 pools, restaurant/bar, concierge and spa. There is an additional fee of $25 per person per day to use the facilities.
Our Activities Desk is happy to assis you with airport transportation, car rentals, golf cart rentals, tours, excursions, in-house spa services and more.

Beautiful Destination

This unit is beautiful, exactly as advertised. The pools and surrounding lounge furniture , grounds and sportsplex are stunning. Coco beach is clean and close but not our vibe with the dark hard sand. Restaurants in walking distance are excellent with good prices. Recommend: Buzz Monkey, santarini, munu and verde Salvia. The poolside shack has great food. I would like to have had beach chairs and cooler in the unit. Most orher places have provided this. Also list that beach towels are in the unit. We had a vehicle, so explored a lot of places. If you want the Mountains and adventures such as ziplining head to Mont Verde. Also the falls at La Leona. We loved Flamingo Beach, very busy but outstanding. Traffic is a big issue because it is primarily one road to get to places. Use the local currency USD not necessary at all.

A lovely stay

Several lovely pools to choose from, walking distance to beach and shops, secured complex, perfect condo for our stay. We so appreciated the air conditioning and covered balcony on rainy days. Would be great to have games, movies, tennis and pickle ball equipment to pass the time.

Beautiful condo

This condo was updated, comfy, and conveniently located. There was a great amount of space for our family. It was clean. The staff that helps on-site was very friendly and helpful. Just fyi- this is not beachfront. I misunderstood the listing somehow. The beach club is not on the property, so the condo is not on the beach. It is just a short drive away. The pools are amazing. The grocery store is a very easy walk near the entrance of the condo complex. It is a great, central location to many beaches! I would stay here again!

This unit was spacious and fully stocked. The grocery store is really close to private gated community. Within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.
