You’re just down the block from the Tybee Post Theater, and all the shopping, dining, and other amenities of First St. are a short walk away.

At home, you’ll enjoy lots of space to relax, both outside and in. Enjoy the sea breezes from your screened patio, screened balcony, open-air balcony, the widow’s watch, or the fully enclosed, private pool. All three levels of indoor living space feature hardwood floors, abundant natural light, and stylish, coastal decor. The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, gleaming counter tops, and a separate coffee station, and there’s room for everyone at the dining table in the alcove.

Spend the day exploring the island, then come home to relax in the central AC if it’s warm or cozy up in front of the gas fireplace if it’s chilly outside. Multiple living spaces, four streaming-capable TVs, free cable, and WiFi mean everyone can find something to entertain them.. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
