IMPORTANT: Balcony will be unavailable during your stay due to ongoing building maintenance. The building is currently repairing the concrete of the balconies to ensure long-term safety and structural integrity. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
It could not get any better than this! Stay at one of Ocean Reserve Condominium's lavish 2-bedroom condo. With just steps away from the beach, you can take the vacation of your dreams. When there are numerous building features available, nothing ever becomes boring!

Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
➤ Check-in notes: The condo association will charge a registration fee of $41.50 at your check-in (payable directly to the front desk). Paying this registration will authorize you to use all condo amenities (pool, parking, fitness center and more). Please make sure to provide your vehicle information at the time of check-in if you are planning to park at the assigned parking space.
➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit, including the building's amenities. Please, make yourself at home!

This location is in the Golden Shores Ocean Boulevard Estates neighborhood in Sunny Isles Beach. Nearby parks include South Park and Loggia Beach Park.
This location is a Car-Dependent neighborhood so most errands require a car.
➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
The number of your Driver's License or Passport of the person first checking in is required in advance to register you at the front desk.
