You can’t beat this Seagrove Beach location right in the heart of iconic Scenic Highway 30A, just steps from Eastern Lake. You will be less than a mile to the nearest beach access, three miles to Seaside, five miles to Rosemary Beach, and only a 27-mile drive to the Panama City airport. Sidewalks are easily accessible so you can walk or bike ride to most places.
The owner is a frequent traveler who opens her home to fellow travelers when she’s off-seeing the world. The art and other hidden treasures throughout the home are a mix of items collected during the owner’s travels and local artwork. A curated selection of books within the home is there for guests to explore and find inspiration.
Enjoy views of the pool below on the private balcony, just off the living area. The living area provides plenty of comfortable seating conducive to hanging out or watching TV. It also has a desk if you need to work remotely.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Grill out on the community charcoal grill adjacent to the pool or eat out at the many nearby restaurants, including the highly-rated Old Florida Fish House just across the street which also has live music, shopping, and activities for the whole family.
This generous space has two bedrooms and two baths. The bedrooms feature comfortable bedding, high-quality linens, and a wonderful blend of colors and style. The first bedroom features private access to the bathroom, which can also be accessed from the living room. The bathroom has a walk-in glass shower that is fully tiled to the ceiling in a gorgeous ocean-like color. The primary bedroom has a comfortable bed with a lovely rattan headboard, a stylish dresser and nightstands, and a corner accent chair. You can curl up and watch TV in bed. The en suite bathroom features a jetted bathtub with a large shower head and tranquil turquoise tiles.
