Charming cabin with unobstructed mountain views that picture do not do justice. Enjoy and upstairs open living space where you can enjoy views of the mountain, a gas fireplace, real open wood beams, and a mounted 65" TV.

On your way to the back deck feel free to relax on the day bed in our open sunroom. Listen to that river rush below you.

If you want better open views, continue out onto the deck where pictures can't quite capture the beauty that awaits. Here you can breathe in that fresh mountain air and feel the sun as you have a meal at our outdoor dinner table. After dinner drinks can be had in our brand new 4 person hot tub.

A newly renovated master bedroom has a king bed and new 65" smart TV. Also enjoy a large tub in the attached master bathroom or a separate shower. You also have direct access to the outdoor sunroom from this space.

The secondary bedroom, which is also on the main level, boasts a king bed and new 65" smart TV. Enjoy back deck access directly from this room as well.

The has one large bedroom in the basement with 2 twin over full bunk beds. Center area has a card table and two recliners with TV.

Bottom floor back deck is screened in, has mountain views, and has swing for relaxing.
There is a small step up to the front porch / front door. There are 2 cameras at the front of the home.
**MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK IS 25**

You will be asked to sign a separate lease with the owner. This is fairly standard and required for this property. If you request to book it is assumed you are willing to do this, and the cancellation policy will be upheld.

Early check-in can be accommodated if the property is available for $75 once requested.

In the instance when a reservation request ends on a holiday, the cleaning fee will be doubled to $400. This is simply what my cleaner charges me to work on a holiday. VRBO currently does not have a fix for this so, they have asked me to notate here. Your requested booking will not reflect the increased cleaning fee. I will add it through communication with you prior to booking being accepted. Sorry for the inconvenience and VRBO assures me they are working towards a better solution. There is a $200 fine for late checkout. We run tight turns on the property and cannot risk the property not being available for the next guest.

The host was not timely. I had to check in 18 hours after I requested the home to see if I was approved. I had to ask for the lease agreement the day before I arrived. I had to ask for the code to get in when the host said I would get it by 1pm on the arrival date. The Host gave excuses why things werent done. Once I arrived at the home, it was cozy. I started to put groceries away and noticed someones cupof soda still in the fridge and some slimmy looking liquid in both drawers. I let the hist know. I noticed the screen was off one porch door. I let the host know. I noticed the hot tub was half full and leaking. I let the host know. At this point, the host saidnshe could have the cleaning person there at 9pm or 8am. I refused because I already cleaned the fridge. The host said she'll talk to the handyman about the hot tub and stated she doesn't remember where she bought the hot tub from. I fixed the screen and let her know I did. She thanked me. I pulled out the air fryer to use it and noticed half a roll, crumbs, a night light, and a die under it. The rack and basket were full of grime and grease. So was the face of microwave and handle. I let the host know that the kitchen appliances were not cleaned and I asked for the cleaning fee back. At this point, the host told me I got the home from vrbo which is cheaper than what she could have gotten from another site. That she didn't even want to rent to me and will not give any money back. Host NOT professional. House beautiful

Best Peaceful View of Smokey Mountains

Property owner Nathan and Courtney were very helpful and responsive. We arrived late and were able to get in contact and checked in within 5 minutes. The cabin property and house are beautiful. The view is so incredibly awesome it's hard to describe. Amenities for coffee and hygiene samples were very nice.There were issues with all bathroom tubs being clogged and water built up during showers. The cleanliness was not the best concerning the urine soaked bathroom shower curtain downstairs and the unwashed sheets on all beds except the master bedroom. The clogged bathroom tub drains made it harder to get clean, but we managed. I know with certainty that the owners would have sent their maintenance if we had requested maintenance, but the amount of interaction with outside maintenance during our vacation wasn't wanted. There is a urine smell in the jets in the bathroom Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom's bathroom and the jets don't work. I washed the towels,shower curtain, and outside linens. There is one back deck chair that has a broken wood piece and there was a burn hole in one patio furniture cushion upon arrival. The last statements aren't complaints. This is just a report on our stay. My neck broke out from using the pillows on the downstairs bunk beds and you could see hair , dirt particles, smell old sweat etc. The carpets were clean and the house smells fresh and nice upstairs. Overall our stay was great! The mountain view and serenity of the cabin house were amazing.

Wonderful location with a great view. Cabin is beautiful with lots of room and extras to make you feel welcome. Only down side it seemed to have a closed up smell especially in the basement. And the basement didn’t seem to be vacuumed well.

Great fun!

A group of friends got together to just “get away” from it all and hang out during the “Final Four weekend”! It was a great place - the views, the hot tub, the “family room”, the decks, etc. We had some difficulty with the fire place but was responded to almost immediately and was worked with until the problem was fixed. We also had some issues with the tvs…we were able to get 2 of the 3 working though so that was a blessing! We hiked Laurel Falls one day and Rainbow Falls the next. We truly enjoyed our time and the space for 6 of us was perfect! Thanks so much! We hope to visit again!

Wonderful Place

The home is beautiful & the view amazing. Excellent for those with mobility challenges. Had some problems with appliances but these were fixed immediately. Host was amazing. Only suggestions are the master bed is high for someone with mobility issues to easily get into. Also, the area from driveway to porch needs to be flat & smooth so scooter can cross. Stepping stones are uneven & too far apart to navigate without assistance safely. Furniture & beds extremely comfortable. Would return!
