"Flip Flop Inn" is a two story newly built home located in the heart of the Seagrove Community! This home is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath vacation rental home that sleeps 12 guests and offers two different gathering area for family and friends to enjoy each others company. You will have 4 complimentary bikes with helmets and a golf cart to cruise Seagrove, Seaside and 30A and go discover the area nearby to plan your next adventure or take a 5-10 minute walk embracing the neighbor leading to the the emerald coast!

Arriving to your long-awaiting getaway, you will be embraced by the common areas of the home, such as the kitchen, living room and dining area all comfortably bringing the family together. The kitchen will be fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats three guests and a half bath just around the corner. Alongside will be the dining area that seats an additional 6 guests and just across will be the main living room that contains an HDTV for movie nights and a queen sleeper sofa at your leisure!

Just passing the common areas, you will be taken down a hallway that will lead to the first and only bedroom on the first level. This will be your King suite that will have an HDTV and your own private bath with a double vanity sink, walk in shower and separate tub. You will then walk up the stairs to the second floor and be greeted by the additional living spacing containing another sleeper sofa and HDTV. Just to the right you will have your upstairs King suite with an HDTV and another private bath containing double sinks and a walk in shower. Continuing on throughout the the second floor you will have two additional guest bedrooms that will both have queen beds and HDTV's, two separate full guest bathrooms (shower/tub duo) that will be accessible from the living area and a washer and dryer combo for use throughout your stay!

Cottages of Seagrove offers a community pool nearby and the public beach access is just a quick 5-minute walk or 1-minute golf cart or bicycle ride away. It's located near plenty of shopping, dining, and live entertainment. There's fun for everyone!

*Summer/Spring Break requires 7 night stays (Saturday - Saturday), otherwise, a 3 night minimum year-round.

Fall Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Flip Flop Inn was a great house for our Fall break. The home was very clean and the layout was great. Having 4 full bathrooms was a plus. The location was perfect! Glass Casa was easy to work with and helpful in responding and taking action when we needed something.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was absolutely perfect for our family. We had such a fun time! Pros: House was so cute and clean. Every room was spacious, so clean, and the pillows and bedding were heaven! Felt like a 5 star hotel! The location was so close to the beach! Anytime I had questions or concerns they contacted me promptly and took care of any issues. The house does come with an umbrella and 4 chairsIncludes bikes and toys. Golf cart included during our stay was a highlight. Location close to public, restaurants, cafes, shops, ice cream places. Cons:You do need your own beach towels which was inconvenient to pack for everyone esp bc the dryer didn’t work. And we ended up having to throw them all away bc they were soaking wet and couldn’t dry them in time when we left. We didn’t have our umbrella or chairs at the house but They responded quickly and eventually brought it out. Just missed out on getting to set up early at the beach. Thankfully it was me and not my baby niece but I stepped on a sand burr which was incredibly painful. It was upstairs carpet area near couch. So wear sandals inside and be mindful of these. Our last night the neighbors to the left were so loud with music and so many ppl and cars; it Was 2 am with noise. Late check out was not available and our flight wasn’t until the afternoon so it was a long day at the airport with nothing to do. Overall it was the perfect home. Comfortable and we all enjoyed an amazing time! You won’t regret booking here. We definitely recommend and would return again.
