It is in the prestigious Riverlakes area. Its backyard borders a golf course, with a front-seat view of one of its ponds. Expansive views of sunrise, sunset, and swimming ducks provide a perfect setting for relaxation and family gatherings, with a heated outdoor jacuzzi and waterfall. In the backyard patios, there is an old grill, two tables, and 10 chairs, It is convenient to have a BBQ meal. the house is located within minutes of shopping, dining, and entertainment, yet the neighborhood is super quiet, safe, and serene, perfect for your getaways and working trips. Inside this house, there is new interior paint, and the host newly prepared all quality houseware, bed stuff, and brand bath stuff. If you like to cook, you will find the cooking ware that you want in the kitchen. In the family room, there are gas fireplace and a seven-sit sectional sofa with three recliners. There is an extra room in the middle of the house with a futon sofa. you can sit there to read or drink tea or exercise. If you feel tired, the futon sofa can be turned into a twin bed. In bedroom 1 (master room), there are two queen beds, a desk, a smart TV, and chairs. In bedroom 2, there is one queen bed, a desk, a monitor, and chairs. In bedroom 3, and 4, there are a queen bed, a desk, and chairs separately. The comfortable settings in the house will let you feel relaxed at your home.
It is easy to access CA Highway 99.

The SPA is closed now (it will open to guests from Mar. to Nov).
Since heating the SPA costs a lot of energy, I will charge extra fee $20 per night if you want to use and heat SPA.

There are weekly discounts and monthly discounts, they change from time to time.

For security, the guest who is responsible for the reservation must send a copy of his/her Identity to the host before check-in. We also reserve the right to ask and view government IDs for any members of the guest party before entering the property. If you are not be able to provide a copy of your legal ID before your check-in, you should not book my house at the beginning.
