This home offers three stylish and comfortable bedrooms designed for relaxation and a great night’s sleep.
Main Level: Features a relaxing King bedroom equipped with a white noise machine to ensure a restful night’s sleep, especially helpful as the home is located off Veterans Blvd.
Upper Level: Includes a spacious King ensuite bedroom for ultimate comfort and privacy. Just outside in the open loft area, you’ll find a twin-size bunk bed, perfect for kids.
Lower Level: A private Full/Full bunkbed ensuite bedroom offers plenty of space for additional guests or teens.
All bedrooms have a ceiling fan, nightstand, and wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TVs for your convenience.

With three bathrooms spread across three levels, there’s no need to wait! All bathrooms are equipped with tub/shower combos, rainshower features, spacious vanities, and high-quality towels. The basement also includes a bathroom near the pool for easy swimsuit changes.

LAUNDRY:
A washer and dryer are provided, along with an ironing board and iron, plus 2 laundry pods to get you started.

Non-smoking property—no smoking inside.

OCCUPANCY:
10 guests (6 adults max) All guests aged 2+ must be included in the reservation.
Occupancy is strictly limited by city and fire code. Violations may lead to immediate cancellation and loss of our rental license. For liability and licensing reasons, no visitors or unregistered guests are allowed at any time.

CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in anytime after 4pm. $50-$100 fee for early check-in, depending on cleaner availability. Check-out is by 10am.

INCIDENTALS:
Our cleaning team provides start-up supplies, be prepared to purchase more for your stay.
Includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, trash can liners, 1 hand & face soap in each bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom.
The property is stocked with dishes, cookware, linens, and 2 bath towels per guest (no pool towels).
Please bring or buy items like soap, shampoo, and coffee pods (Keurig).

Refunds & Cancellations: We follow the cancellation policy agreed upon at booking. We recommend purchasing travel insurance. No refunds for weather-related issues or events beyond our control, including hurricane season (June 1–Nov 30). No date changes after the free cancellation period.

Item Variations in Photos: Photos are for reference only. Items like lamps, rugs, and decor may change due to damage or replacement needs. Room setup and bed sizes will remain as shown. No refunds for these changes.

HOUSE RULES: Important, please read!
This property requires a signed renter agreement and a security deposit hold to finalize your reservation. The door code is not provided until these steps are completed.

☞Rental Agreement: After booking, you will be prompted to sign a rental agreement outlining the guidelines and house rules. We use approved API-connected software, allowing guests to easily set up their security deposit and sign the agreement.

☞Security Deposit: A $200 deposit "hold" will be placed 1 day before check-in and released 3 days after check-out, if no damages occur.

☞Trip Insurance: We recommend trip insurance for emergencies. No refunds or date changes after the free cancellation period.

☞Cancellation Policy: We follow our cancelation policy, In the event of cancellation, any Travel Insurance, Damage Protection and any processing fees are non-refundable.

☞Rental Age Policy: Per HOA rules, guests must be 25+ to book and must stay for the entire duration.

☞Occupancy: Max occupancy is 10 or 6 adults max. (age 2+ must be included). Over occupancy limit = $500 fee. Only kids on top bunkbeds.

☞No visitors/unregistered guests allowed. $150/person/night fee applies. No 3rd-party bookings.

☞Parking: Parking is available for up to 3 cars. Street parking is not available.

☞No parties, banners, or balloons. Booker is responsible for any damages or extra cleaning fees.

☞Quiet Hours: 10 PM–8 AM. Violations = $250 fine, loss of deposit, and immediate eviction.

☞Check-In: After 4 PM. Early check-in $50-$100 if available; not offered during peak/holidays.

☞Check-out by 10 AM. Late fee: $50 per half-hour. No shipping forgotten items.

☞No smoking inside. Violations incur $250 fine, loss of deposit, and damage fees.

☞Security Cameras: 2 cameras (front porch & driveway) recording during your stay. Tampering incurs a fee.

☞Indoor Pool: Supervise children. Use at your own risk—no diving. Temperature is fixed at 82-85°F. No alcohol, glass, oils, soap, salts, or bath bombs. Violations: $250 fine + repair costs.

☞Hot Tub: Do not sit or stand on the cover—$400 fee for damage. Use at your own risk. No oils, soap, salts, or bath bombs. Violations: $250 fine + repair costs.

☞Use of Amenities: All amenities are provided for your enjoyment. By using them, guests accept full responsibility and use them at their own risk. The property owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during your stay. Please play responsibly, wear protective eyewear where appropriate, and report any damage or loss. Charges may apply for missing or damaged items.

☞Pest Control: We have monthly pest control and bed bug inspections. Keep doors and windows closed to minimize pests.

☞Power Outages: Electricity, internet, and cable may be disrupted due to storms or other issues. We cannot offer refunds for outages or unforeseen circumstances.

☞Trash: As we are in a bear-prone area, please do not leave food in your car, as bears may be attracted to it and could damage your vehicle. Always dispose of trash in the community bins.

☞Restricted Items: No candles, confetti, hair dye or glitter. Violations result in a $100 fee and damage charges.

☞Showers: Keep curtain liner inside the tub to avoid water damage.

☞Toilets: Only flush toilet paper. No feminine hygiene products, wipes, or trash.

☞Items left behind: We cannot ship. Ensure you have all belongings before checkout.

☞Additional Supplies: We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, paper towels, soap and coffee. Be prepared to purchase more to get you through your stay.
