The Space:
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located condo.
Cozy studio apartment within Whitefoot Lodge. Central in the village, ski in ski out with chairlift access to the front door. Shared outdoor hot tub, indoor sauna, free underground parking.
Next door to The Globe and Snowshoe Sam's. Liquor store and The Market in the same building. South facing window with an amazing view. Perfect for couples looking for a weekend getaway!
Guest Access:
Ski in ski out with chairlift unload to the lobby door. Indoor sauna, outdoor hot tub, underground parking, ski locker, coin laundry.

Pre-arrival requirements (after booking):
- Pre-Arrival Form â under 2 minutes
- Guest Agreement & ID verification â via an Airbnb (and other OTA's) - approved third-party provider
Damage Protection:
Please note, as a software connected property management company, we require damage protection for all reservations to help keep operations running smoothly. You can choose between a smart damage waiver or a refundable security deposit.
Choose your protection option:
1) Smart Damage Waiver â covers accidental damage up to $1,000. No deposit hold required.
or
2) Refundable Security Deposit ($1,000) â temporary hold, automatically released within 7 days after checkout, subject to inspection.
Note: The waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional damage, negligence, policy violations, pet issues, or unregistered guests. In these cases, related costs may be charged to you in accordance with the booking platformâs policies and our guest agreement.
There is free underground parking for 1 vehicle with a maximum clearance of 6'-8". The parking is first come, first served and could potentially be full during peak holiday seasons. In this case, additional cars should park in the Happy Valley overflow parking lot at a cost of $20 per night or $100 per week. Permits must be purchased from Big White Mountain Central Mountain Check-In (winter only).
The shared hot tub is only open during the winter season, please inquire if you have any questions. Hot tub is subject to seasonal use and maintenance. There are hours posted and a limit on number of people. It does not operate outside of the winter ski season at this time.

Always know we are here to help you 24/7 - before and during your stay, but only if and when you need assistance. As much or as little as you need. Otherwise the home is all yours. We want to help make this a memorable and flawless experience. We may text hello from time to time to ask how your stay is going. We may drop a gift for you or a welcome present to make your stay just a little bit sweeter. We are just a bit old fashioned when it comes to that kind of thing and in a day and age where everything moves so fast and can feel so impersonal, we like to step back and slow things down a bit -- at least just enough to say hello in person, to shake your hand and thank you for choosing our home for your vacation needs.
