Friends trip

The property was very clean and inviting. Pretty much anything we needed was provided. The chaise couch is very comfortable! The patio was nice and private. Don't hang anything on the wall to dry - made that mistake and had to go retrieve the item in the very rocky field behind the complex. There is also horse boarding facilty with goats and chickens as well next the the complex, so you will hear a rooster in the morning to wake you. The pool was not very busy, which made it nice for us to be able to relax. It was also just a short walk away from the unit. The neighborhood is very quiet. My only issue (which is a small one) was that the bedroom tv in the room nearest the bathroom was mounted on the adjoining wall to the other bedroom. The sound comes right through to the other room. That aside, there are enough tvs for everyone!

Great location

It was a very nice clean condo that served us well! We were close to Tuacahn, grocery store, restaurants, and downtown St. George. It was fun to visit downtown Santa Clara. There is a fruit stand there and a couple of antique stores that we enjoyed. We would stay here again.

Modern Home with all amenities

The house is very modern and well equipped. Two bedrooms with king size beds and the third had 1 queen size. TV's in all bedrooms plus 1 in living room and 1 in the loft. Everyone has their own space.

Delightful stay

We were in Southern Utah for a soccer tournament and brought grandma with us! This place was perfect for all of us. It was brand new and very clean. We had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. At first we thought Santa Clara would be to far away, but it was super easy to get to my daughter’s games from here. The only problem is that it is too nice and will always be booked when we want to stay here again.

Great place

We loved the townhome. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. It has everything we wanted including a great location! The hosts were responsive to questions and very helpful. My only reservation is that the front door is see through but it’s the same as all the doors on the property.

Fantastic place for our getaway!

We enjoyed the property and all of the thoughtful inclusions, such as laundry detergent. The location was perfect— an hour from Zion, and lots of local shops and restaurants. We loved the fact that our kids could each have their own room— helped keep our stay peaceful. :) We’d love to come back again.

Awesome house for spring break

This house was awesome. It had all the amenities. We particularly liked the proximity to the snake hollow bike park and local trailheads. We also loved the passes to the swim rec center and e-bikes. The hosts were easy and kind to communicate with. We will be back!
