The property is located in Pasay one of the most dynamic Cities in the world a15 minutes from Manila International Airport and a very strategically centralized location a minute away from the MALL of Asia Pacific not to mention the 4 biggest casinos in the Philippines Soler & Okada a Bellagio -like casino famous for its colorful fountains and also it is home of the biggest at IKEA in the world plus the SM ARENA that offer you to sporting events, concert, and entertainment not to mention the view of the famous Manila Bay and watched the spectacular sunset view
