Two large spaces w/king beds, chairs, TV, & private bathrooms are on the main floor. Lower level has 2 bedrooms with 2 queens & a full bed each & a pool table/game area.
Instead of going out in the snow for a hot tub try our x-large steam room! (No hot tub yet).

Easy access to Breckenridge and all it has to offer--the free bus is within a mile and it's less than a 15 minute drive to the cute Main Street and ski lifts/gondola. In addition to Breckenridge Ski Resort, Keystone, A-Basin, Copper are less than 45 minutes and Vail is only an hour away! Or head over the hill to Alma, South Park, and FairPlay for slower-paced but unique experiences as well! Just under 2 hours from DIA--and alternate access via 285 can help avoid the I-70 traffic! There's a desk if you MUST do some work, wifi, and a 2 car attached garage and mud room for your ski/outdoor equipment. Washing machine and 2 dryers for your use!

ACTIVITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: down hill and nordic skiing, snowboarding, hiking, snowshoeing, sledding, ice skating, museums, shopping, mountain biking, skate park and bike park, snowmobiling, cooking classes, dog sledding, ATVing, fishing, boating, paddle-boarding, and more! Rec Center with pool and day passes nearby.

4-wheel or all wheel drive are required for the mountain passes and our driveway during the winter. Breckenridge, the house and nearby areas are 10,000’ + so please take precautions for high altitude.
