Amazing Place

This place was amazing! Very spacious, perfect stay for a group of friends and family . Very clean and the shower in the master bathroom was the best. Great location! We would definitely like to stay here again!

Beautiful home and grounds

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very well laid out and spacious for our family weekend. We gathered from all over to see my niece graduate college and this was the perfect setting! Plenty of room for family to break out tgthr for conversations while others played cards and board games. Kitchen was easy to navigate and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Our only complaint was the can lighting in the kitchen/dining area that would randomly flicker and be bothersome.

Good group house

We had a group of three couples and one single person, and this house worked well for us. The master suite/bathroom/walk-in closet is huge. One of the queen rooms does not have its own bathroom, so the bathroom needs to be shared with the other queen room next door to it. The bunk bed room has a half bath (toilet and sink), and whoever stays there needs to use someone else’s shower. All of which worked fine for us. There is a small fenced area behind the house which is nice if you have a pet with you. Altogether, a nice stay.

Great Property and Location, but Disappointing Pool

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home and location were great and exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the shared pool was a big letdown. The pool was actually the deciding factor in choosing this Vrbo, so it was really disappointing to find the water cloudy and the pump not working, which meant there was no circulation or filtration. I contacted management, and they were initially responsive but kept saying the pool was fine to use. Once I sent a photo showing how dirty the water was, they stopped responding. The property itself was nice, but the lack of follow-through on the pool issue really affected our experience. I would consider coming back if maintenance improves.

Family Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the home for Labor Day weekend from Friday through Monday. The home was a GREAT size! The master bathroom was insanely awesome. The rooms were all well kept and a good size. The location of the rental was close to all the areas to visit such as Gruene, Schlitterbahn, Canyon Lake, the river. The dishwasher had a loose rubber piece and we were not able to use it since it would leak water. There were some toilet paper holders that were broken or on the floor, but we took pictures and sent. There was also a small hole behind a door, but we also took pictures of that. The community pool was perfect! Honestly, mostly used by our family even though the other homes were rented out. Yes, there are other homes around the property but all in good distance and no one bothered us. The place has two fridges which was perfect, great island bar kitchen. The whole home was perfect for a family getaway.

Thanksgiving Family Reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had never traveled to New Braunsfels and really not being familiar with the area kinda set us back a bit. We arrived late evening and passed up the entry to the compound. It wasn’t lit at all and the address must have fallen down because we never found it. However, we saw a huge motor home and then happened to see the driveway to our location along with the coded gate. The compound was semi kept but truly fit out needs as far as space and bedrooms. There were several other cottages on site but none were rented so we had the grounds to ourselves. The pool and hot tub was something we were looking forward to but then found out by agent that they stopped that service. Nonetheless. The house was very clean, had all dishes we needed except for a blender. Everyone overall was happy with our stay. Gorgeous town was just a 12 minute drive.

We do have our sign on the gate with lights on both sides of the gated entry. The pool and hot tub work fine. We no longer offer to heat the pool for an additional fee but the hot tub heats up very quickly. we did have that conversation via text prior to arrival. we are so glad outside of not being able to locate the home easily that you enjoyed your stay.
