The space
Our Home:

A formal dining room offers seating for 8 at a table, while the spacious living room enjoys oversized sliding doors to the covered patio. A gourmet Chef’s kitchen features quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, French door refrigerator, center island with beverage fridge, and elevated breakfast bar.

A large family room with a flat screen TV, fireplace, and ceiling fan is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day in the sun.

Bedroom 1:
The spacious primary suite boasts a lovely private bathroom with dual vanities, oversized glass shower, and walk-in closet. King size bed W/ additional single bed frame w/ trundle bed hidden under.

Bedroom 2:
The second guest room features a closet, ceiling fan and a king size bed.

Bedroom 3:
Third guest room is a fantastic option w/ queen bed, walk in shower restroom, closet and a 25" TV mounted on the wall.

Outdoor living space:
A large sparkling pool, grassy area, and stunning views of the golf course. Go for a dip, soak up the sun in one of the chaise lounge chairs, or relax in the hot tub! An outdoor dining area, fire-pit and amazing mountain views.

Additional conveniences include an attached two car garage, golf cart, off street parking in the driveway, and a private gated entrance. Located near Palm Springs’ fine dining, shopping, entertainment, casinos, festival grounds, and so much more - This is the resort-style desert retreat you’ve been dreaming of!

** FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS** WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 3PM, local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation, ask management for early/late check out fees

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? No, guest will be provided with a code for our digital lock attached to the front door of our home.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee make. We provide bath towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music past 10PM.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Our vacation rental is pet friendly, please contact management if you have any questions. (Pet fee of $100 per pet to be paid prior to arrival).

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL/SPA HEATED?
Yes, If you would like the pool to be heated to 82-84 degrees, we do charge a fee of $100 for pool and $40 for spa per day. Please let your property manager know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.
Other things to note
· All Guests must respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property
· No outdoor music is allowed at any time, including any amplified music. The quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, and during those hours the use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10pm to 8am. Any and all music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well.
· The City TOT is 12%
· 3 Vehicle Maximum

Seasonal warnings: Our management team does our absolute best to keep the home in its' best condition. There are a few things outside of our control that will be dealt with as best we can.
Spring: high winds and dust storms can cause damage, please close all umbrellas after use.
Summer: Excessive heat will cause the pool to be very warm and there is no way for us to cool it. Locals typically empty bags of ice into the pool to lower its temperature.
Late Summer: Every 4 or so years there is a migration of boatman bugs, they take up residence in the pools and are very difficult to get rid of. They are harmless, but our local pool companies do their best to minimize them.
