Seasonal community pool and gazebo are located approximately a 5-minute drive within the resort.

⭐️ Kitchen & Essentials

To help you settle in comfortably, we provide:
Fresh linens and bath towels.
STARTER supplies of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee, and coffee creamer.
Guests staying more than a few days may wish to bring additional supplies.

⭐️ Wildlife & Nature
One of the best parts of staying in the Smokies is being surrounded by nature. It's common to see deer, squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits, birds, butterflies, bees, spiders, snakes, mice, and the occasional bat. Black bears are native to the area, and sightings around the resort are common.

Please help keep both guests and wildlife safe by keeping doors closed and never leaving food or trash outdoors.

⭐️ House Rules
RVs, camper vans, and trailers are NOT permitted per HOA regulations.
A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.
A refundable $500.00 security deposit HOLD will be authorized 2 days before arrival and released within 5 days after departure, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
An exterior motion-activated Ring camera monitors the entry areas for security purposes only and may be reviewed during check-in, check-out, or if house rules require verification.
This is a strictly non-smoking property.
Up to 2 dogs are welcome. Please add them to your reservation and let us know they'll be joining you.
Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

⭐️ Cancellation Policy
Please refer to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation. A $100 processing fee applies to cancellations. Refunds are not provided for weather-related events unless there is a mandatory evacuation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.
