The entire home and backyard is private and with full access! The home sleeps 16 people in beds, with room for more throughout the home. The rooms are spacious with walk-in closets. The big room with the two bunk beds has outdoor access to a balcony! Enjoy your morning coffee, working from home, or sipping some sweet tea from the patio with the beautiful ambiance of the pool and water feature. Enjoy great fellowship in the front room with a pool table, TV, comfortable leather couch and additional seating. We are so excited to host you!!

Pool heat cannot be turned past 83 degrees. If so, there is a $350 surcharge, non-refundable. There is a late checkout charge of $50 after 10am, unless host gives a late check out complimentary. Please note that if you are under 25, we may decline your booking request and/or cancel your reservation.
Quiet hours are 10pm-6am, per the HOA. No loud noises or any partying of any sorts after 10pm outside. Music needs turned down, etc. Please be respectful of these rules and considerate of the neighbors.
NO STREET PARKING AFTER 10pm. If parked on street during the day, park WITH the flow of traffic.
This is a luxury, custom home to create a memorable experience. Do not allow kids to play with decorations or items that look interesting. Please be responsible for your group during your stay. Please be aware any and all damages and destruction will be charged to the guest; stains, ruined furniture, excessive cleaning due to carelessness, lost or stolen items from property, broken/misused pool equipment or golf supplies. If something happens during your stay, please be kind enough to reach out to Kalli and inform her of the issue.
NO SMOKING cigarettes allowed inside the home. There is a $200 penalty. No pets allowed, unless approved by host PRIOR to booking; service animal. There is a $250 charge for pets in home without permission. Please no climbing on the water feature in the pool.
Guests agree to keep the premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken. There will be an extra cleaning charge of $250 if the home is left excessively dirty. To be determined by cleaning staff. Also, extra charges for any stains on pool table or damages to furniture, walls, decorations, pool sticks, etc to property. Please be sure all windows and doors are closed prior to leaving everyday.
