    My only regret was not booking a longer stay! This property was absolutely amazing. The attention to detail was incredible and it had such a cozy, homey vibe. I can't even begin to imagine the amount of time and effort that went into making this property look so incredible, but it was well worth it!! I've already told my d&d group about this place, and we can't wait to come back as a group and hang out here someday !!

    The owners have put such effort into every detail for such a fun lord of the rings getaway place! Complete with scavenger hunt and optional add-ons. Clean, organized, and convenient to Chattanooga. Great host with easy checkin and checkout. Lovely family getaway for son's birthday.

    Amazing stay!

    We absolutely loved our time at the Green Dragon. Kristi was super communicative and kind, even providing a scavenger hunt for us! The pictures donā€™t do it justiceā€”this property is stunning with the amount of detail and care put into it. Any LotR fan will love it just as much as we did! The house had great ambiance, was comfortable, clean, and we loved the selection of books, movies, and games. We will absolutely be coming back someday!

    Awesome fun stay

    This place was amazing. We only stayed one night but will definitely be back for a longer stay. Itā€™s the ultimate middle earth home and we got to feed the mini pony and goats. Kids (14, 15) are still talking about it. Host was very nice and communicated easily and quickly with us.

    Escape to the Shire

    It was really a slice of Tolkien heaven. Like a bunch of theater kids turned a house into a museum from LOTR. The elf room with the Shards of Narsil is beautiful. All the lightbulbs flicker like real candles, so itā€™s just a really neat feeling when you walk in. I love the double queen bed set up they were so comfortable we slept great. Itā€™s lacking a few basic appliances (regular coffee maker, hairdryer) and thereā€™s really no where to hang clothes up if you need to do that. But all in all the pictures donā€™t do it justice and it was a really awesome experience and trip to Middle Earth.

    Such a fun place to stay! Everyone in our group was enthralled with the details and accuracy. We are LOTR fans and recognized all the fun items and decorations.
