Please note: Summer House will be undergoing restoration work beginning in September 2023. Please see anticipated schedule below:
• Building B will begin in September 2023, and is anticipated to be completed by June 2024. All amenities will be open at this time.
- Progress: June through July will experience some affects now. The 06 stack in building B, furthest away from stack 01 will receive work throughout the month of June 2024 due to delays. • All other stacks do not have work going on.
• They are painting around the building through the Summer with swing stages in place.
• Building A will begin in mid-August of 2024, and is anticipated to be completed by June 2025. Outdoor pool is closed. Indoor pool will be open!
• Storage of materials is affecting parking for BOTH buildings. Guests are recommended to limit themselves to one vehicle if at all possible.
The property intends to keep the extensive phases of the work at a minimum during peak seasons, as to not pose major disturbances to guests though noise on site is expected. Parking patterns may be affected during exterior coating work on the north side of the building facing the parking lot. All work is weather and schedule permitting.
