The Suite
This suite is perched inside a plush gated architecture. As you enter this dwelling, its mild essence captivates your senses with its sleek design and ambiance. This reserved environment is complimented with solid wood furniture, marble floors, and stainless steel appliances.
This suite comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is fully equipped with a self-catering kitchen that includes stainless appliances, marble countertops, exceptional flatware, and silverware. There are two balconies that provide views of the surrounding area. It is the ideal destination for family vacations, business trips, or an exciting girlfriend retreat.
Location
This estate is located in the Cable Beach area of Nassau, Bahamas. Accessibility is less than 2 miles distance from Sir Lynden Pindling International airport. The Venito is also in close proximity to Casinos, Spas, and resorts like BahaMar. The Condo was thoughtfully positioned in the western district, just a walk away from grocery stores, miles of breathtaking clear blue beaches, and a number of native and exotic indoor and outdoor restaurants. There is also public transportation within walking distance.
The Venito is exceptionally private and provides the security one craves when embarking on an extended stay away from home; its entry is secured with an electronic gate, private parking, and elevator access. This exclusive area provides immeasurable comfort so much so that evening strolls can be enjoyed as you bask in the illuminating tropical sunset.
The Island of Nassau

This invigorating paradise has many unique features; the most attractive feature is Junkanoo. This street festival dates back to slavery and is the most vivid form of Bahamian expression. Dancers and musicians adorn beautiful and colorful hand-made costumes to compete for top prizes in music and dance.
There are many exotic and native restaurants across this city, however, to experience one of the favorite Bahamian staples we recommend you try our world-famous Conch Salad. Combined with conch, green peppers, tomatoes, onions, lime, and peppers and seasoned with salt and black pepper, this delicacy will stimulate your taste buds.
The heart of this enchanting city can be found on Bay Street also known as “Down Town”. Bay Street is a lively artery, complete with historical sites and for your enjoyment a mix of pubs, cafes, and art galleries. International designers like Gucci, Breitling, and Fendi all have storefronts on this vivacious street. A visit to Nassau’s famous Straw Market can complete your shopping trip; there you will find handcrafted straw goods including handbags, hats, and dolls.
