Central West Sedona location. Walk a couple blocks to Sugar Loaf Trailhead. Drive three minutes to Whole Foods. Starbucks is less than five minutes on foot. The location could not be more convenient for enjoying all the Sedona has to offer.
Newly remodeled open floor plan desert minimalist home. The kitchen, living room and dining room are made for entertaining and open concept. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen for feasts at home. Serve the meal on the huge outdoor dining table while taking in the red rock views. Soak in the hot tub by night and gaze at the stars. Feel like grilling? We have a BBQ as well. A few can play ping pong while others relax nearby in the lounge chairs pointed at the red rocks.
Guests will have access to all areas of the home except we do not allow cars to be parked in the garage. There are two exterior parking spots.

Car is recommended for visiting Sedona no matter where you stay. You can walk or bike from our home to many convenient locations for groceries, restaurants, hikes, etc.
Please note:
We are not allowing cars to park in the garage right now due to floors having just been redone. Two cars can park in the exterior parking spaces.

To preserve the tranquil environment for our neighbors, only confirmed guests are allowed on the property. No one else (including visitors) is permitted without specific consent. The number of guests is documented by a video camera 24/7 at the entrance to the property. Guests not adhering to this house rule will be reported to Airbnb and the guests' stay will be immediately terminated without refund. Primary renter must be age 25 or older.
We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, tissue, and paper towels. If you find that you need more than what's supplied, there are several grocery stores and drug stores nearby.
Throughout the year, there is a two night minimum. However, for stays that include a Friday or Saturday night, a three night minimum is required between April 1 and September 4. Five night minimum for Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. If you find available dates in our calendar between other bookings that don't meet these minimum stay requirements, we generally make exceptions to fill them -- just ask!
While we welcome children of all ages we want you to know..The home isn't child-proofed with safety plugs or cabinet locks, doesn't have a high chair or crib - things guests with young children need. Also, there is a hot tub, which is a safety concern for young children who can't swim.
