*Our neighborhood is rated as QUIET by Realtor(dot)com, but it's not completely silent 100% of the time.

*If silence/solitude are important, we suggest houses out in the country. They are typically more expensive and are farther from dining/shopping/attractions, but they'll better-suit guests seeking solitude.

Smoking and vaping are permitted OUTSIDE ONLY. No smoking or vaping inside the guesthouse.

LOCATION
We're at the top of a hill, which offers lovely views of sunrise and sunset.

String lights and solar garden lights give the guesthouse an ambient feel at night.

We are pet-friendly and welcome well-behaved furry guests. PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE if you're bringing your furbabies.

Breakfast comes with your stay. We leave a variety of options on the breakfast tray and the fridge. Snacks are also provided (we provide treats for our furry guests, as well), and the coffee bars are fully stocked with options for brewing in a traditional coffeemaker or Keurig.

*If we don't have what you need, there's a Kroger and Earth Fare 1 mile away. Walmart is 3 miles away. Stores are doing delivery and pickup for a new level of convenience (download their apps for more info).

We're located in a neighborhood, on the cusp of Historic Jonesborough, on top of a hill with mountain views (walking distance to Willow Springs Park, which has even more amazing mountain views!).

For folks who prefer city life, we are 1 mile from several great restaurants and just 2 - 3 miles from shopping, attractions, and other great dining.

GUEST ACCESS
You'll have the entire guesthouse, a private entrance, ensuite bathroom, coffee bars, dining areas, kitchenette, workout area, dedicated work stations, charging stations, backyard and patio w/garden chairs, and several options for entertainment (HDTVs, books, and even a doggie play pool for our furry guests during the summer).

IF YOU'RE PLANNING A DAY TRIP TO ASHEVILLE, THIS IS THE PERFECT SPOT FOR YOU. You'll have quick/easy access to I-26, and the Asheville city limits are less than 1 hour away.

The entire guest suite accommodates 4-5 people comfortably, 6 if folks don't mind using a plush airbed.
