Residing in the most sought after Kenwood neighborhood in Minneapolis, our large 4 bedroom home is tucked away from the bustle of the city all while having effortless access to Downtown and Uptown Minneapolis. Charming and full of character this original craftsman home is a cozy oasis with a multitude of bedrooms and gathering areas and a fully equipped kitchen for all your needs - we hope you feel at home in our space!
The space
Spread across two levels, we have 4 large bedrooms ( 2 on each level ) each with their own Queen bed. We also have 2 full bathrooms on each level with a bath tub. Toiletries ( Shampoo, conditioner + body wash ) and towels are always provided.

There are multiple seating areas within the home, on the main level we have a large formal dining room that seats 6, a library, a spacious living room with a smart TV, a 3 season porch with a kid's play area and a small breakfast balcony.

As you make your way upstairs you will find the laundry room (washer + dryer), and a large loft area that we have made into our family room with ample seating and another smart TV - this area can be made into a 5th bedroom and is a great spot for extra guests.

Whip up your favorite meals in our fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances including a fridge, oven and range, dishwasher, toaster and microwave.

Our home is unique in the sense that it was crafted in the early 1900’s and was made to be split into two homes. Our home occupies the 2nd and 3rd level which is totally separate from the downstairs first level and has a completely different entrance. Stairs are required to enter into the home and with no handicap accessibility at this time.
Other things to note
The first level home is occupied by the homeowner full time - we ask that you *Keep the noise level low
*Remove your shoes upon entering
*Respect the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.

If you are traveling with kids and/or and infant - please let us know if you need any extra items for your stay ( high chair, pack and play, etc. )
