Tucked away in the quiet Edmonds neighborhood is this hidden gem, loaded with stylish space and quality amenities. With such a convenient location, you can get to anywhere so easily! This house can host up to 16 guests, featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and modern living space. This kind of space, location, and well-decorated touch, is definitely a rare find!
**The house has another unit downstairs, which is not included in this listing.
**NO PARTIES/EVENTS**
The house has 2 fully separated units. Both units have their own entrances. This unit is on the 2nd and 3rd floor. It features a gigantic kitchen with everything you need for preparing fresh meals, a spacious dining room with a big dining table good for more than 8 people, 8 beds (6 queen beds, 1 bunk bed and 1 sofa bed) providing enough space for big family, and new appliances and smart home devices are also equipped in this house for better stay experience.
You will have access to the 2nd and the 3rd floor of the house since 1st floor is a separate unit.
*Please park at the entrance of Unit B and there are plenty of free street parkings around the house. Please DO NOT park at the entrance of Unit A or block their driveway.

4.【NO PET】
This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
5. 【NO SHOES】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.
6.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
7.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $200. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.
8.【NO late check-out】
Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.
9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and let the cleaner take care of them.
10. 【Lost & Found】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
